Laudato Si

The whole world is about to make an unparalleled rite of passage.
                                         ~Lenny Almighty.
                                         Transcendent Stoic.

How you decide to cut down rare indigenous trees in order to pave way for a stone wall fence still baffles me. Like you can't improvise or something. These baby boomers. Smdh. The number of trees that have been felled in Nakuru. God have mercy on us.

His Holiness Pope Francis is the chillest Sensei to ever traverse the 21st century. The most slept on Sensei matter of factly. Perhaps to the levels of Marcus Aurelius, Arcanum or Rumi.

He produced an encyclical named (Laudato si’ : Italian for : “Praise be to you”)
Subtitle: “On Care For Our Common Home”.
Which I curiously went to check out expecting the same old hackneyed environmental tired punditry shit. He does more than talk about climate change, and he makes it look sexy.  The blind see what they want to see.  Don’t let the climate change talk make you fail to notice other teachings in the encyclical. In this encyclical, he takes an ethical interdisciplinary standpoint, a principled way of looking at what’s licit and illicit; factors like mutation, healthy politics, technology, bureaucratic hate, humanism, The financial crisis of 2007-2008, A jab towards Capitalism conjectured by anti eco-snobbery rhetorics , anthropocentrism, anarchy, poetry. All these with a dab of ranch. Supplemented by other disciplines including Islam. He basically points to the cracks in the planet that we inhabit. “The external deserts in the world are growing, because the internal deserts have become so vast.” “The emptier a person’s heart is, the more he or she needs things to buy, own and consume. It becomes almost impossible to accept the limits imposed by reality.”

The Pope could easily be met with accusations of being vehemently ipso facto disgusted by Romanticism or being a Communist Pope but he affirms his position as that good kid who can’t get bullied. He even says “realities are more important than ideas.”
You can’t put words in his mouth.
Pope Francis’ reverse heavenly medieaval diction & language with a profound conviction to match to the extent as if he’s God’s direct mouthpiece or puppet. And how excellent is it to be God’s puppet.
Never have I seen a man so sure of his authority as a teacher like Pope Francis. You’d think he’s Ezekiel incarnate

“If we scan the regions of our planet, we immediately see that humanity has disappointed God’s expectations.”

This one by Pope Francis hit me hard.
The society was dying from drowning and he’s the only one who’s giving it mouth to mouth without trying to kiss it pervertedly like everyone else. His is the only best solution of saving society.

“An authentic humanity, calling for a new synthesis, seems to dwell in the midst…….. Almost unnoticed, like a mist seeping gently beneath a closed door.”

I applaud the book because it shares a lot of my views. Most of the views and standpoint ideologue philosophy I held prior to reading the book.
It just happens that we share the same views. His are just wisely and more elaborate. You feel me. He occupies a point of view that compels his readers to take him seriously. Me am so compromised by my past stupid writings.

We need more people who are capable of staring into the abyss of darkness without falling in, and without losing sight of the light.

Spiritual,? Not really.
The word spiritual has acquired a bad name with its embrace by New-Agers et al. with its association with magic and out of the world mumbo-jumbo. So I use it reservedly.
So not really spiritual.
One thing for sure is that he ain’t dogmatic.

I heard that Pope Francis gave Trump this encyclical when he visited the Vatican. It is too soft for a staunch Capitalist like Trump. It might not even touch his heart or sway his views on Production & Climate change. A little cussing; you know a little motherfucker here and there might have helped the cause.
And it has a Stockholm Syndrome point of view lecturing to it. So yes a little motherfucker would have helped.

“………and that being good and descent are worth it.
We have had enough of immorality and the mockery of ethics, goodness, faith and honesty. It is time to acknowledge that light-hearted superficiality has done us no good.”

Everything in the book/encyclical is so deep I can’t even quote verbatim. Lest I end up quoting the whole book.

Am so happy that Pope Francis made a piece so worthy for the Catholic Millennials to read.
My siz laughing at my poor taste in literary works. Pope Francis is G.O.A.T in my eyes. So, she says whatever floats your goats. She’d rather read about vampires.

Finally someone I can call Sensei. Take that Dalai Lama Louis Farrakhan P.L.O Lumumba nonsense away from me.
Behold, Pope Francis.
Master Sensei.

3 popes in my lifetime. One survived an assassination attempt, died later on, one retired, you are the pope for Christ’s sake, *literally* actually for Peter’s sake; you don’t get to retire. You die on that seat. Pope John Paul even drooling in his last days causing people to go emotional with pity, never retired till his death. Then there is this leftist woke pope. Pope Francis. My Nigga. I actually like him.
Pope John Paul II was a Politician. We now have a Pope. You know, Patron-like, leftist, activist for the weak and hip at the same time. Pope 256.
We have the wokest Pope ever. You just gotta love the guy. Quoting verbatim from his encyclical Laudato Si:

” Everything is related”
“Everything is connected”
“Everything is interrelated”

“Woven together”
“Part of a network which we will never fully explore and understand”
“It cannot be emphasized enough how everything is interconnected”

The reason am saying he’s the wokest pope is because of this. The words “everything is connected” or something of the sort speaking about divine harmony and fraternity or sacred geometry have been repeated in the encyclical close to 70 times give or take 15 to 20.

They echo Hippie thoughts, Hopi Native American thought

and Hermetic Qabbalah doctrine.

So yes he’s woke. Even Leonardo da Vinci held the same thoughts

“Learn how to see, Realize that everything connects to everything else.”
                                          ~ Leonardo da Vinci

From the encyclical;
“Intimately and inseparably connected in this universe.”
“All of us are linked by unseen bonds and together form a kind of a universal family, a sublime communion which fills us with a sacred, affectionate and humble respect.”

“There is an interrelation between ecosystems and between the various spheres of social interaction, demonstrating yet again that “the whole is greater than the part.”
“…….also entails a loving awareness that we are not disconnected from the rest of creatures, but joined in a splendid universal communion.”
“…. human life is grounded on three fundamental and closely intertwined relationships: with God, with our neighbour and with the earth itself”
“As believers, we do not look at the world from without but from within, conscious of the bonds with which the father has linked us to all beings.”
“Give us the grace to feel profoundly joined to everything that is.”

The Unified Theory of everything
We are binary strings of ones and zeroes. Our subconscious minds are coded with innate mental connections back to our Universal Programmer.

Think of Sacred Geometry as the written law of creation. Rigid, flowing algorithms of energy converted into a physical formula. This is the unified theory of everything.
Wise move accepting it into the church Pope Francis.

All beings are energetically connected.

Separation is an illusion. It is spiritual.
Mainstream conditioning shall never laugh me out of the spiritual philosophy of Pope Francis

I will explore the possibility of a path out of the seeming impossibility of escaping the cul-de-sac of our spiritually disinherited and disenchanted condition. According to Haile Selassie: “Spirituality does not come from religion. It comes from our soul.”

“We must stop confusing religion, and spirituality. Religion is a set of rules, regulations, and rituals created by humans which were supposed to help people spiritually. Due to human imperfection, religion has become corrupt, political, divisive, and a tool for power struggle. Spirituality is not theology or ideology. It is simply a way of life, pure and original given by the Most High. Spirituality is a network linking us to the Most High, the universe, and each other.” ~ Haile Selassie I

      Or not
Therein lies the problem. You can’t replace something with nothing.
“A little philosophy inclineth man’s mind to atheism; but depth in philosophy bringeth men’s mind about to religion.” – Sir Francis Bacon

Pope Francis states that:

” A spirituality which forgets God as all powerful and creator is not acceptable. This is how we end up worshipping earthly powers, or ourselves usurping the place of God, even to the point of claiming an unlimited right to trample his creation underfoot.”

“I would add that religious classics can prove meaningful in every age; they have an enduring power to open new horizons….. Is it reasonable and enlightened to dismiss certain writings simply because they arose in the context of religious belief?”

If there is something like Christian braggadocio, Pope Francis further states:

“The rich heritage of Christian spirituality, the fruit of twenty centuries of personal and communal experience has a precious contribution to the renewal of humanity.”

“I am interested in how such a spirituality can motivate us to a more passionate concern for the protection of our world. A commitment this lofty cannot be sustained by doctrine alone, without a spirituality capable of inspiring us, without an “interior impulse which encourages, motivates, nourishes and gives meaning to our individual and communal activity.”

As you can see His Holiness is rooted in a spiritual understanding of the human condition.

                       ∞∞∞ ∞∞∞

“Relationships have been broken, both outwardly and within us. This rupture is sin. The harmony between the Creator, humanity and creation as a whole was disrupted by our presuming to take the place of God and refusing to acknowledge our creaturely limitations. This in turn distorted our mandate to “have dominion” over the earth.”

Fair assumption Pope.

Sorry Master Sensei but I’ll have to differ with you on this part. This part where you say:

“We are not God.”

The only way of making man’s responsibility as custodian of the earth stem from within is by declaring him a God.

We are the gods. If we aren’t the gods then let the true gods come clean these earthly mess that is ……. Well we are still fucked either way coz every earthly mess is of humans’ own doing.

man is a divine being—the likeness of God, or better yet, God’s vehicle of manifestation in the world.

We are the gods

Behold, thouthren,

“Bid the invaders take the shoes from off their feet, for God is here within.”
  -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Or better yet, transcendent in comparison to other species.
We are the true gods. We’ll even cause the Armageddon. Mankind will completely annihilate itself without help from outside.

The Anunnaki👽regrets giving Humans free will because through EVOLution, Humans already surpassed their slave DNA & are re-becoming Gods.

It’s all in Urban Dictionary, I don’t make this shit up.
Truth is a mighty volume of epigrams and paradoxes.
… Real truth is caught in single word.
… And the ultimate truth bleeds even now in a-
Wreathed mess of skinless time. Time!

That old saying of “I’ll believe it when I see it”… well, it really should be, “When I believe it, I will see it.”

According to the 11 Laws of God:

0. Law of Amen – You were made in the likeness of a peace that nothing can disturb. Reclaim your peace that you may attain to your reason for coming into existence – the enjoyment of life.

1. Law of Ausar – Your nature is an unconquerable peace, therefore nothing or no one in the world can be against you. All experiences come to you to promote your reclamation of peace, that you may in turn, aquire wisdom and power.

2. Law of Tehuti – When all of your thoughts, feelings and actions reflect the Word of God, then the power of God’s spirit and a peace that nothing can challange will flow through your being.

3. Law of Sekher – When the emotions of Man manifest in response to the Word of God, they have the power to influence the course of any and all events in the world.

4. Law of Ma’at – God needs you in order to come into the world. Fulfilling God’s need is the highest act of love, and only through your love for God can you fulfill your love for others. Become the Love of God in the world for the protection of the world.

5. Law of Herukhuti – Know that God neither punishes nor rewards nor protect, that you will have the comfort of controlling these yourself.

6. Law of Heru – You have the power but not the right to ignore God’s Law. Choose to follow the Law of God with the Love and Joy that grows out of understanding and the wisdom and power of God’s spirit will flow through your being.

7. Law of Het-Heru – It is not what you imagine. It is who is imagining. Are you a human or a divine being?

8. Law of Sebek – It is not what you think or what you affirm. It is who is thinking and affirming. Are you a human or a divine being?

9. Law of Auset – Prepare to sacrifice everything to become the vessel of God on earth, and you will, in turn, receive everything.

10. Law of Geb – Know that from heaven you came and to heaven you will return, seek not enduring works on earth.

You become what you believe. You are what you worship.

At all. There is no GOD outside of the divine self. Az in Namaste. Namaste directly translates to “the divine in me bows to the divine in you.”

Qwani how do you think confessions in Catholic work. It follows the Namaste principle. The divine in me lays bare my shameful acts to a chosen divine(Priest) for absolution from sin. Approved by humans (gods).

Prayers too. The god in us is akin to our bargaining tool to the universe. The god in us is connected to the universe. If you ask God for something, the God in you through the web connection to the universe makes it happen.  ‘The Universe is nothing but the Divine uttering its own name to itself.’ – Ramakrishna. Most of y’all may say that’s tantamount to thinking like a Mason, but boy o boy; Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth. It is multiplicity that reveals unity; one is only definable because two exists; knowledge is predicated on this illusion of separation.

Whatever the Ritual involved, the Rosary is designed to speak to your feminine side. Its actually the only feminine prayer making it the strongest prayer on Earth. A Prayer with a motherly benevolence.
Women are emotional in order to feel the divine energy at the highest levels and to be supreme healers and lovers and mothers. Not to drive men insane. Her deep spiritual connection to feelings is to inspire a man to his spiritual heights as well. She is not a nag, she is an oracle.

We are living a life out of balance by only having one feminine prayer. The rest are all masculine. Yin & Yang much? Protect The Divine Masculine
Uplift The Divine Feminine

Even though Pope Francis blatantly says that ‘We are not God’, he turns around and says this later:

“each of these sublime realities is God. This is not because the finite things of this world are really divine, but because the mystic experiences the intimate connection between God and all beings and thus feels that all beings are God.”

That’s a subtle acknowledgement. I know the nuances involved in Papacy. It was imperative for him to denounce but still imperative for him to acknowledge. He’s perpetuating binary thinking. Mahn the word became flesh in order to remind us that we are the true gods.

“Grace, which tends to manifest itself tangibly, found unsurpassable expression when God himself became man and gave himself as food for his creatures. An act of Cosmic love. “Yes, Cosmic!”

Not my words. But I know that this is a nefarious way of using his words to justify my theories but the only panacea.

“The universe unfolds in God, who fills it completely.”
“The ideal is not only to pass from the exterior to the interior to discover the action of God in the soul, but also to discover God in all things.” Bam!

In the beginning of time, the subjective soul was unconscious of itself. It then evolved overtime to become conscious of itself, and then conscious of other in relation to self. In time, the Soul will evolve in consciousness to develop the realization that the Self and other are One, and thus complete one rotation of the circle of life.
This is why Saints have the ability to pray for us. The self and other are one. This is even why we get to decide who and who become Saints.
Saint Aquinas
Saint Anthony
Saint Mary
Have the abilities of praying for us.
What is bound on earth is bound in heaven.
We decide who the Saints are. Like St. Valentine who was beaten by clubs, beheaded, buried under the cover of darkness, disinterred by his followers, is commemorated  by sending each other chocolates in honor of his martyrdom.

We decide for ourselves everything on earth.
National Anthems, laws, everything.

God chooses the leaders, huh. God doesn’t choose the leaders, we choose them. Coz we are the gods.

God won’t interfere with Kim Jong Un and Trump’s pissing contest.

God doesn’t meddle but Lucifer meddles. Hence the concept of selling one’s soul to the devil. It goes like this
Lucifer ain’t a god; hence cannot create; thus uses us (humans/gods) gods in flesh to create. Evil & Nefarious.

The gods are great but people are greater
For it is in their hearts that gods are born

Old cosmologies, symbol systems and religions are the products of humans’ own creativity; God just approves by putting a stamp on the current unanimous worldly zeitgeist.

Mat 18:18 “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

And zeitgeists do change. Abrahamic Religions just happen to be the main current Zeitgeist.

As above so below. What's bound on earth is bound in heaven

No ‘new’ is as good, as the ‘old’
For ‘old’ is all, but, there to gage
In bazaars of ‘now’, still past is sold.

There are only two options. Either Become CHRIST conscious or join the Illuminati

The awakening of consciousness is the next evolutionary step for mankind.
If by binding something on earth it gets bound in heaven, then there’s so much we could achieve together but ‘together’ is a word we miss in our socialisation, hence the purpose of wokenisation.
Romans 11.17 – Try to do what everyone considers to be good.
Being woke means an analogy as much as coming out of slumber if we fail to realize that we are the true gods.

There is no term more ubiquitous, obnoxious, and self-serving in our current lexicon as “woke.” Woke is safety-pin politics, masturbatory symbolism, and virtue signalling of a deflated civil society insulated by algorithms, filter bubbles, and Google Chrome extensions that replace pictures of Donald Trump with Pinterest recipes.
Woke is a misnomer —— it’s actually asleep and myopic. Woke is a safe space for the easily distracted and defensive pop culture inbred. Woke is the average millenial curled up in a fetal ball scribbling think pieces about Konza City and Game of Thrones while its rights get trampled by ascendent fascism, domestically and globally.

The main reason the Pope doesn’t want to acknowledge that we are gods is not to precipitate a “The People vs. The Gods” debate but because he is against anthropocentrism.

“Modern anthropocentrism has paradoxically ended up prizing technical thought over reality, since “the technological mind sees nature as an insensate order, as a cold body of facts, as a mere ‘given’, as an object of utility, as a material to be hammered into useful shape; it views the cosmos similarly as a mere ‘space’ into which objects can be thrown with complete indifference.”

“The intrinsic dignity of the world is thus compromised. When human beings fail to find their true place in this world, they misunderstand themselves and end up acting against themselves.”

“Yes we have unique capacities of knowledge, will, freedom and responsibility but we shouldn’t be anthropocentric. Since a misguided anthropocentrism would yield to biocentrism which would entail adding yet another imbalance, failing to solve present problems and adding new ones. A misguided anthropocentrism leads to a misguided lifestyle.”

“When human beings place themselves at the centre, they give absolute priority to immediate interests.”

According to the Holy Father,

“the best way to restore men and women to their rightful place, putting an end to their claim to absolute dominion over the earth, is to speak once more of the figure of a father who creates and who alone owns the world. Otherwise, human beings will always try to impose their own laws and interests on reality.”

the science of Laudato si’ is watertight. He intentionally left a few lose ends for you to fill in the blanks and decide whether to tighten or loosen further the ends.
By being against tyrannical anthropocentrism, is the Pope endorsing the thought of evolution without really endorsing it? You feel me?.
I mean Laudato Si provides a blank check of sorts to anyone willing to play the role of the tough talking straight shooter.
Am more than glad to do that

Climate Change Vs. Global Warming
Fossil Fuels vs. Plastics
Deforestation vs. Endangered Species

Global warming is not real. Climate change is, and that’s because the earth goes in cycles every few hundred years. If it is real it should be put under climate change. Fuck this duplicity.

Global warming obfuscates climate change.
Plastics obfuscate fossil fuels
Endangered species obfuscate deforestation.

one way to disarm a dangerous idea is to give it a non-threatening euphemism.
This is what is happening right now. The elite or whoever control the world won’t allow Capitalism to fail. Every solution to the world’s mess is economically insensible. So they use diversionary techniques. Make you talk about Global Warming instead of Climate Change, Plastics instead of Fossil Fuels and endangered species instead of deforestation.

one way to disarm a dangerous idea is to give it a non-threatening euphemism.

Does the scientific community, NASA and the world Elite have something to hide about our existence? Absolutely! sooner or later you might realize even reality is make believe

Pope Francis tells us :

“Considering all the available information and of calling things by their name. It sometimes happens that complete information is not put on the table; a selection is made on the basis of particular interests, be they politico-economic or ideological. This makes it difficult to reach a balanced and prudent judgement on different questions, one which takes into account all the pertinent variables.”

All humans are susceptible to the “Illusion of Truth” effect – The more we hear something, the more we believe it’s true.

Global warming is not real. Climate change is, and that’s because the earth goes in cycles every few hundred years. If at all it is real, it should be put under climate change. Climate change can result from position of continents, axis tilt; orbit ellipticity, and precession, HOWEVER. Those processes take… Thousands and thousands of years and can’t explain the current state of rapid warming. That’s why people are calling it global warming.

Many tend to forget about the worst once the good times return, however briefly.

We romanticize summer so much in the winter. That time the heat? The smells? The scorching sun?

In the wet months you forget about global warming.. You even joke that the world is too wet it needs to be put in rice… But when its dry and hot you start your empty anti eco snobbery rhetoric

I honestly don’t care. Not in a bad way. I just don’t have room in my heart for endangered species and all that other bull. Only elephants. No need bullshitting around. Mahn too much new age bullshit hypocrisy.

Let me tell you about endangered species, all right? Saving
endangered species is just one more arrogant attempt by humans to control
nature. It’s arrogant meddling. It’s what got us in trouble in the first
place. Doesn’t anybody understand that? Interfering with nature. Over
90%, way over 90% of all the species that have ever lived on this planet,
ever lived, are gone. They’re extinct. We didn’t kill them all. They
just disappeared. That’s what nature does. We’re so self-important, so
self-important. Everybody is going to save something now. Save the
trees, save the bees, save the whales, save those snails. And the
greatest arrogance of all, save the planet. What?

I’m tired of these self-righteous environmentalists, these middle-class
‘Woke’ baby boomers who think the only thing wrong with this country is
there aren’t enough Half marathons, people trying to make the world safe
for their Toyotas. There is nothing wrong with the planet. Nothing wrong
with the planet. The planet is fine. The people are (fucked) —
difference, difference. The planet is fine. Compared to the people, the
planet is doing great. It’s been here four and a half billion years. Did
you ever think about the arithmetic? The planet has been here four and a
half billion years. We’ve only been engaged in heavy industry for a
little more than 200 years.

Two hundred years versus four and a half billion, and we have the
conceit to think that somehow we’re a threat, that somehow we’re going to
put in jeopardy this beautiful little blue-green ball that’s just
a-floatin’ around the sun? The planet has been through a lot worse than
us, been through all kinds of things worse than us, been through
earthquakes, volcanoes, plate tectonics, continental drift, solar flares,
sunspots, magnetic storms, the magnetic reversal of the poles, hundreds of
thousands of years of bombardment by comets and asteroids and meteors,
worldwide floods, tidal waves, worldwide fires, erosion, cosmic rays,
recurring ice ages, and we think some plastic bags and some aluminum cans
are going to make a difference? The planet isn’t going anywhere. We are!
We’re going away.

These things had to go
The world only had room for the African Elephant
Leave the polar bears alone. Its their turn to evolve.
The most conscious are the gods.

The universe is a beautiful woman. Choosy. And it chose us, mammals over reptiles. Mega reptiles (dinosaurs) went into extinction for mammals to thrive. The universe chose mammals because it knew that only mammals had the right ingredients (love for young ones, breastfeeding, internal fertilization) for springing up a being so high in intelligence and intricacy. A being who was able to find the earth’s clitoris and make her cum. Man. Its our turn now. The best we could ask of the universe is 10 million years unchecked by other species.

“Sobriety and humility were not favourably regarded in the last century”

We’re going away. Pack your shit, folks. We’re going away. And we won’t leave much of a trace, either. Maybe a little Styrofoam … The planet’ll be here and we’ll be long gone. Just another failed mutation. Just another closed-end biological mistake. An evolutionary cul-de-sac. The planet’ll shake us off like a bad case of fleas.

The planet will be here for a long, long, LONG time after we’re gone, and it will heal itself, it will cleanse itself, ’cause that’s what it does. It’s a self-correcting system. The air and the water will recover, the earth will be renewed. And if it’s true that plastic is not degradable, well, the planet will simply incorporate plastic into a new paradigm: the earth plus plastic. The earth doesn’t share our prejudice toward plastic. Plastic came out of the earth. The earth probably sees plastic as just another one of its children. Could be the only reason the earth allowed us to be spawned from it in the first place. It wanted plastic for itself. Didn’t know how to make it. Needed us. Could be the answer to our age-old egocentric philosophical question, “Why are we here?”

Plastic… asshole.

“Doomsday predictions can no longer be met with irony or disdain. We may well be leaving to coming generations debris, desolation and filth. The pace of consumption, waste and environmental change had so stretched the planet’s capacity that our contemporary lifestyle, as unsustainable as it is, can only precipitate catastrophes, such as those which even now periodically occur in different areas of the world.”

“Although the post-industrialist period may well be remembered as one of the most irresponsible in history, nonetheless there is reason to hope that humanity at the dawn of the twenty-first century will be remembered for having generously shouldered its grave responsibilities.” 😂 😂

“When nature is viewed solely as a source of profit and gain, this had serious consequences for society. The vision of “might is right” has engendered immense inequality, injustice and acts of violence against the majority of humanity, since resources end up in the hands of the first comer of the most powerful : the winner takes all.”

                            ∞∞∞ ∞∞∞

Pope Francis seemingly speaks to Kenya, Nairobi to be specific in Chapter 3 of the encyclical – Human Ecology.
All I could see was Mukuru/ Kibra/ Korogocho/ Mathare/ Baba Dogo/ Dandora and KiaMichael. The populous Eastlands. This area houses over 2.6 million or 60 per cent of the city’s population and its most active workforce.

“Respect for our dignity as human beings often jars with the chaotic realities that people have to endure in city life.”

“It is important that the different parts of a city be well integrated and that those who live there have a sense of the whole, rather than being confined to one neighborhood and failing to see the larger city as space which they share with others.”

This is very true mahn. In Kibra, the young and old are equal in hopelessness. Kibera, Mathare and Kangemi are a ticking time bomb. Just one mistake in the heights of Charles Taylor could lead to the biggest pogrom in Africa’s history.

“I will do whatever he asks,” said one supporter, 50-year-old Polycarp Orinda, a resident of Kibera slums.

“I will go to the streets if he wants us to go there.” – AFP

These people have no hope. Don’t judge them for blindly supporting the only person selling them hope. If you’ve got hope, own your privilege but don’t judge and favour favour the killing of the less privileged.
Brilliant minds are fading away in these slums.
Its fucked up coz they’ve got no friends/ relatives in high positions.

“There is also a need to protect those common areas, visual landmarks and urban landscapes which increase our sense of belonging, of rootedness, of ‘feeling at home’ within a city which includes us and brings us together.”

The African capital city looks like any other in the world, with all the edifices of power and wealth—extravagant presidential mansions, resplendent parliament buildings, ornate courthouses and a skyscraper or two. But its concrete solidity is deceptive.

If it were to vanish in an instant, society would not lose much. It has no treasure troves of art and artefacts, or architectural heritage like the Forbidden City, the Taj Mahal and the Sydney Opera House, and cultural life like Broadway or the Rio Carnival which are woven into our identity. In Nairobi what else brings people together other than that K’Ogalo mascot the Tom Mboya statue? That amusement PARK they call the Parliament? Or the Jevanjee smoking zone perhaps. Or Uhuru Park ?
Wangari Maathai was beaten up and her dreadlocks cut through pulling coz she stood against those sick heads who wanted to turn Uhuru Park into some Prime Real Estate.

The vast majority of the African city’s residents have no stake, no property and perhaps most importantly, no social status.

Long ago, Nairobi used to be dismissed in travel brochures as a go-go city without a soul. Well that was better.
Nairobi is now the garbage city in the sun.
It is now filled with thieves, rogue matatus, smoke and slums upon slums, Chakula imelala ya Spur, broke reckless teens, hopeless debauchery leading to 25 and over clubs. Its a hopeless mess.

Oh, I forgot, and street children have quadrupled. Its like Kidero poured them there. (Thank God he’s out btw.)

They accost you on Kenyatta Avenue, the city’s premier boulevard that cuts through the middle of the city. They play hide and seek along Mama Ngina Street. Mama Ngina Street was once the cleanest, best-organised human-friendly street in the city.

Pope Francis says

“We were not meant to be inundated by cement, asphalt, glass and metal, and deprived of physical contact with nature.”

Mahn I couldn’t agree more

The Penalties of Urban living in the 21st Century

Early Stages of Madness

The urban dweller, unlike his country counterpart, is subjected to constant and very fast changes of the physical environment. Obviously the body, especially the brain, has to adjust to these changes as fast as they occur in order to keep the individual in a balanced state of mind. The human brain, being the wonderful organ it is, is normally able to cope with these changes for a whole lifetime without an individual showing any major change in his state of mind.
Independent tests on 10000 dead adult urban dwellers and on the same number of country dweller show, however, distinct, signs of wear and tear on the brain tissues which, had the individual lived to a certain age could have resulted in total madness. There is, however a pronounced absence of these signs in the country dweller.

Every so called skate zone/ skate park is crowded asf.
You can’t skate in Kasa if you’re not part of a crew/ gang. You either learn their handshakes/ gang signs or bounce to Panari and skate with the rich kids. Even worse, pay fare to That skatepark behind Nairobi School (Shangilia Skatepark). Or if you’ve got brass bollocks and no brains go skate on Muindi Mbingu Street then we’ll pay for your kanjo fine or you get knocked by a matatu. Mahn fuck Nairobi. In Naks I can skate anywhere. Wherever whenever I want to.

Nakuru though. We built this town. Planned it, Even though Moi heavily interfered with Nakuru Politics, at least the town has a soul. It is super lit as far as I am concerned. Town organization, specific matatu zones, less cartels, specific street kids zones, More ass, booty to look at, less snobbery, you can trust absolutely anyone in Nakuru, less thugs… Zero thugs, healthy rich-poor balance, organized slums. More chill spots.

“We were not meant to be inundated by cement, asphalt, glass and metal, and deprived of physical contact with nature.”

Nakuru niggas are running out of stuff to diss Nairobi with coz we recently started living in a glass house.. Throwing stones wouldn’t be a good idea.

Since late last year, Northern Nakuru was gripped with what is the biggest Mosquito infestation in Nakuru history.
The mosquitoes were so vicious and they came in millions you’d think Nakuru was Kisumu.

The sophisticated 21st century mosquito. Mosquitoes not native to a land tend to be the most ferocious. The Nakuru mosquitoes for instance. Kenya’s once transition safe heaven now dangerously infested by these nuisance insects. Hazard recipe.

Let’s say there was a plasmodium epidemic.. 90 % of the kids not sleeping under nets would die.

Mosquitoes are a human reflection

They ingest on our DNA

I fucking hate mosquitoes. I mean, I know I am delicious, but I don’t give out free samples

👊 I am always thinking who and why this blood sucking creatures exist and for what purpose 😉

From where i am sitting, the mosquito epidemic could only be due to climate change.

The real climate change is happening in Nakuru.
From 2004 – 2010 it was steady but from 2010 – 2017 it has become rapid.

I have witnessed close to 40% of the outer town Nakuru forest population get lost. And the indifference to it sucks.

In Nakuru, the planting season has drastically shifted from February to April. Rainfall dependent farmers now begin planting in April, let that sink in. Next, farmers will begin planting in August. And it ain’t funny.

The only town left with sane & better weather is Eldoret. So it wins. It wins in everything apart from swag. The only major Kenyan town with no swag.
But a better climate is better than swag.

Climate change sucks mahn Mosquitoes in Nakuru. Nakuru of all places who would’ve ever thought

Now Eldoret is cooler than Nakuru, literally.

All these things are caused by institutionalized greed.

“Corrupted behavior is directly related to environmental deterioration.” – Francis

The root cause is quitting the laws of nature and assuming the laws of man.
They overbuilt, put nature to the test. If you’re in tune with nature like the Hopis, the balance of life, the harmony of nature, if you understand that, you don’t overbuild, you don’t do all these moron stuff. Its a symphony, everybody is in the band.

Francis asks “what the commandment ‘Thou shall not kill’ means when ‘twenty percent of the world’s population consumes resources at a rate that robs the poor nations and future generations of what they need to survive.'”

Yet climate change poses an existential threat to us in Africa. Although the continent produces two per cent of the annual greenhouse gas emissions, it is expected to bear the brunt of the negative effects of climate change and global warming.

“The time has come to accept decreased growth in some parts of the world, in order to provide resources for other places to experience healthy growth.”

And as the French say, noblesse oblige. Those in a position of privilege must accept the responsibility that comes with that privilege.

China, the world’s biggest polluter, what a sleazy definition. Its like that guy who persistently farts in class. Magnanimously ignominious to be precise.

America the second-largest polluter in the world, it has, over the years, emitted more planet-warming carbon dioxide than any other country. Their religion is capitalism. A focus on profit.

“Where profits alone count, there can be no thinking about the rhythms of nature, its phases of decay and regeneration, or the complexity of ecosystems which may be gravely upset by human intervention.”

“Whenever these questions are raised, some react by accusing others of irrationally attempting to stand in the way of progress and human development.”

There is no solution that wouldn’t plunge us back into 1850s living standards and vastly cripple our economy.

When one man is happy, another man is sad, as The Manhattans sang in the famous 1973 golden oldie album, There’s No Me Without You.

“Many things have to change course, but it is we human beings above all who need to change. We lack an awareness of our common origin, of our mutual belonging, and of a future to be shared with everyone. This basic awareness would enable the development of new convictions, attitudes and forms of life. A great cultural, spiritual and educational challenge stands before us, and it will demand that we set out on the path of renewal.”

“In the absence of objective truths or sound principles other than the satisfaction our own desires and immediate needs that limits can be placed on human trafficking, organized crime, the drug trade, commerce in blood diamonds and the fur of endangered species?”

one can also hear some yawns in the audience. Sorry I tricked you into reading this long ass post.

To sum all this shit up I think what the Pope is Tryna tell us is to live by the Golden Rule.

The existence of pain, death, thought, and emotion solidify the Golden Rule as primary, and all others as mere commentary.
If you don’t live by the Golden Rule you’re full of shit; The Lord sees through bullshit.

It would be so unfair for God to interfere with human life..

Blessings are there .. In other words they are known as karma.. But God doesn’t interfere with human life.

We are the shapers of our own reality. Ever since Jesus, The days of God meddling came to an end.

The all time homerun king

If you pray….. I already said that.

Kendrick Lamar categorically stated, “What happens on earth stays on earth” The universe is autonomous and self serving. Every wrong you do gets punished in your lifetime & every good deed you do gets rewarded in your lifetime. Nothing but your heart gets carried to the proverbial Rubicon. Lesser souls perhaps get thrown into the abyss

Nemesis, goddess of moderation, not of vengeance, is watching. She chastises, ruthlessly, all those who go beyond the limit.

“Truly, much can be done!” ~ His Holiness Pope Francis.

Ignore me and get the encyclical. Read it.

As Eccentric as a Banker using the Abacus Pt 2

As Eccentric as Lucifer: Mother Nature’s alter ego

I once told someone that I thought I was Lucifer incarnate and she told me ‘ c’mon don’t flatter yourself ‘. Exactly dude.. Lucifer is so eccentric that Being Him is a compliment.

Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom – Lucifer.

The power Lucifer has over mankind is their ignorance of Him. The evil, nothing more nothing less. While in fact He is very beautiful. Hold your sanity for a while. Beauty cum divinity cum etherialism cum eccentric. Lucifer’s etherialism makes him the epitome of eccentricity.

"I am Lucifer, the bright and morning star. It is beneath me to serve that inferior being that you call man. I shall not obey your decree nor will my angels with me."

Lucifer has a God Complex. He had a God complex ever since his creation. Created the most beautiful angel you surely can’t blame him for the God complex. Lucifer is the most beautiful being God ever created. “Yeah it’s hearsay. I’m here saying it, brother.” Ain’t no element of perhaps involved here.

‘The Lord had created all of the angels except for one who would surpass all the other angels in brilliance, splendor and authority. This angel would be appointed over a third of the angelic hosts and would lead in praise and worship of the God head. He would stand closest to the throne and authority clothed in shimmering colour and wings like no other. The cherub was exquisite in beauty and his name would be called Lucifer. The son of the bright morning star.
God’s heavenly creations were complete, Lucifer and all the sons of God worshipped and shouted for joy upon the sea of glass and glistening throne of God.
God spoke calling forth His crown cherub and chief archangel:

” Lucifer, thy bright and morning star, it is you who have been elected over a third of the stars of heaven as your brethren, be not wise in your own wisdom Lucifer and do not be taken over by your exceeding beauty for you are my creation, created under my authority. Come and take your position at my left hand side of power.”

Marcion the heretic said God was responsible for evil. Mainstream Christians absolved the almighty of responsibility by blaming all their wrong on the Prince of darkness and man. But, in a strange way, Marcion had a better handle on the situation than the more conventional followers of the church, for Lucifer is merely one of the faces of a large force. “Evil is a by-product, a component of creation.” When God gave Lucifer all that power and Free will was he tempting Lucifer to rebel?

You see, for the world to be neutral & harmonious, each force must have its equal. Good & evil. I believe God knew about this but he didn’t want the responsibility of creating evil. That’s why he pushed Lucifer by giving him a God complex then telling him to postulate before Adam, a being that excretes Urea.

The head of days thought a time to create for himself his most magnificent creation. He would create an expansive space, time, dimension for which this new creation would dwell. In this fine night world, he filled it with the first spark of light , then stars, planets and one with rich vegetation and essential life.

The angels stood in awe and wonder as God breathed life into his new creation which was unlike any other creature he created before.

He was created in the likeness of God, a spirit being enclosed with flesh.

The four of the presence stood positioned on high watched along with all the heavenly hosts. God instructed Lucifer and a third under his command to depart to earth. He would send Michael with further instructions at a later time.

However, Lucifer was unsure and uneasy about this new creation. Seeds of contempt began to enter him.

The angels and the heavenly hosts rejoiced with great exhilaration at the new creation of mankind.

In heaven unbeknownst to Lucifer, God had declared that the angels would serve this new creation. The angels bowed in acknowledgement of God’s declaration in that they would serve mankind and watch over them.

Amidst the celebrations in heaven, Michael was sent to deliver this message to Lucifer.

Upon arrival, Michael greeted his brethren Lucifer and decreed what the Lord God had commanded. Lucifer raged with anger as he saw it unfitting that the most magnificent angel of heaven would have to serve a creature that was created lower than himself.

Michael rebuked Lucifer for his poor judgement against the command of the Lord but Lucifer lashed back.:

“If it displeases Him, then I will ascend to heaven and set my throne above God’s and I will sit upon the Mount of Congregation in the sides of the North.”

Michael shocked by his brother’s reasoning departed back to heaven.

Michael reported all that had taken place before the throne of God as Lucifer and those under Him made their arrival. Lucifer entered the throne of God as the angelic hosts muttered amongst themselves.

The head of days spoke:

“Lucifer, thou wicked and unappreciative cherub what is this that thou have suffuced to obey my command.?”

Lucifer responded:

“I am Lucifer, the bright and morning star. It is beneath me to serve that inferior being that you call man. I shall not obey your decree nor will my angels with me.”

The Lord replied:

“Lucifer, you have taken a great task upon yourself. You have elected yourself to be just as I am and you have vowed to ascend above my throne in heaven. Make genuine of your foolish threat by taking down your shielded wings and let us speak face to face.”

Humiliated and powerless, Lucifer responded:

“If it is man you want me to serve, then I would rather serve myself.”

The Lord’s judgement came firmly:

“Lucifer, thou wicked and ungrateful cherub, you were holy but now you are stripped off your holiness. You have made a gross error in your freedom and have vowed to ascend above your creator. For this I will cast you from my presence granting you a segment of time to reign and for the rest to the challenge of my authority. Thereupon you will be cast into the lake of fire for all eternity.”

God commanded Michael and the heavenly hosts to expell Lucifer and his rebel angels who wish to follow him. There was a war in heaven and the faithful angels of light fought the …………………. Yada yada yada.

At least he ain’t a hypocrite. He never hid his contempt of mankind from God. This contempt costed him his Holiness.

Lucifer is perhaps the being with the highest level of conviction ever. To rebel against your creator requires very deep conviction and balls.

Conviction is the greatest gift man could ever possess. It takes a very high level of consciousness to actually know your purpose like Jesus & Muhammad did and selflessly pursue it with so much gusto. It is what pitches men from each other. Superior men from inferior men.

Escobar got immortalized into the 21st century popular culture not because he ran the biggest crack biz but because he had conviction of actually running such a biz.

Balls of Lucifer should be an idiom by now coz Lucifer has the biggest balls; bigger than Goliath’s. These big balls are full of conviction.  Cum can’t be ethereal you see.

His conviction has made good of insisting mankind’s contemptibility. Everything Lucifer has done is to prove to God how much man is a contemptible being. From Adam and Eve to Trump through Stalin & Hitler.

He was such a pain in the ass that he actually caused God to sacrifice his own son in order to save mankind. The word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.. Because of Lucifer. If that ain’t eccentric I donno what is. Lucifer is perhaps more eccentric than Jesus.

Such thoughts are called heresy but I call them eccentric. Go hang yourself with your halo you judgemental motherfucker. In the Battle between Canonical and heretics. Heresy wins because it embodies eccentricity..  Deviating from the norms. Time and again, heresy turned out to be more truthful than canons.

Conviction in chief. – Lucifer 1-0

Whether you are a Muslim/ Christian/ aethist whether you like it or not, there is a necessary evil in the world, whichever way you choose to call it; civilisation is the foundation of its spirit. I choose to call it Lucifer. Can of worms much? Lucifer turns the cogs of evolution.

The awakening of consciousness is the next evolutionary step for mankind. This is Lucifer’s job.
Freethinkers had sought to redeem and glorify the name Lucifer while theologians cursed him as the prince of the fallen angels. Lucifer would take on the role of an educator. “The god of the Bible doomed mankind to perpetual ignorance, and [people] would never have known Good from Evil if Lucifer had not told them how to become as wise as the gods themselves.” Regardless of whether Lucifer is conceived of as a deity or as a mere archetype, he is a representation of ultimate knowledge and exploration

Lucifer in this context is seen as one of many morning stars, a symbol of enlightenment, independence and human progression, and is often used interchangeably with similar figures from a range of ancient beliefs, such as the Greek titan Prometheus or the Jewish talmudic figure Lilith.

The bigger you build your bonfire of knowledge, the more darkness is revealed to your startled eye.

There is a price to be paid for every increase in consciousness. Whoever coined the phrase ignorance is bliss wasn’t mad. In your quest for knowledge, you are going according to Lucifer’s plans. Going according to his plans is akin to worshipping him.

Odin gave his eye to acquire knowledge. The cost of knowledge is evil. Lucifer’s checkmate against God. God & Lucifer are playing some serious chess. Don’t believe me, read the book of Job. Lucifer’s gambit was conquering the earth using as his pawn a fresh godly invention, an innocent pair Jehovah had planted in a garden – Adam and Eve. The Great Seducer tempted Eve with the apple of Knowledge. She could not resist the Luciferian fruit. Eve’s sin against God corrupted all mankind. Ever since that time, man has aspired to the Lord, but found himself a victim of the devil.

The root irruption of the natural order of things is man’s self-consciousness. Like trees reaching high,
men appear to grasp heaven,
while rooted in hell. These are the vagaries of nature and the vicissitudes of fate.

Evil is a byproduct of nature’s strategies for creation and is woven into our most basic biological fabric. Lucifer isn’t responsible for evil. He just exposed it by giving you knowledge.

For all eternity Lucifer’s name will be envamped to represent all of humans’ depravity while humans are the evil ones.

This argument echoes a very old one. St. Paul proposed it when he put forth the doctrine of original sin.

Thomas Hobbes ressurected this argument when he called the lot of man brutish and nasty.

Since the beginning of history, we have been blinded by evil’s ability to Don a selfless disguise.

God put in us fine qualities/ Desires, then Lucifer acts on these desires. We have failed to see that our finest qualities are often the generators of the actions we most abhor — murder, torture, genocide and war.

Nature embraces evil. If you embrace the natural arts you cease being holy. Its either you love sex too much, your gender becomes fluid, naturally become a hippie, get more susceptible to drugs, aethism.. Whatever. But once you become an artist you get messed up. By imitating nature you are imitating Lucifer. By deepening the mystery you are embodying Lucifer. Lucifer is nature’s alter ego.

These were Vincent Van Gogh's last words. He basically worshipped Lucifer in his last words.

Nature embodies Lucifer, art imitates nature, Life imitates art. Do you hear what am saying? She has built her reprehensible modus operandi into our psychology.

Lucifer is the dark side of cosmic fecundity, the cutting blade of the sculptor’s knife. Nature does not abhor evil, she embraces it. She uses it to build. With it she moves the human world to greater heights of organization, intricacy and power. We need to stare directly into nature’s bloody face and realize that she has saddled us with evil for a reason. And we must understand that reason to outwit her.

For Lucifer is almost everything men like Milton imagined him to be. He is ambitious, an organizer, a force reaching out vigorously to corrupt mankind. But he is not a demon separate from nature’s benevolence. He is part of the creative force itself. Lucifer, In fact is mother nature’s alter ego.

If Lucifer is this eccentric, then think of He who created Lucifer. Transcending in magnificence, creator of Lucifer, Jesus’ father. Don’t get me started on the God’s sense of humor cliché. I’ll go crazy for days in amazement.

A heretic sounds too scathing. Let’s say am the Post-idiomatic real life devil’s advocate.

Koyaanisqatsi: Life Out of Balance

I happen to agree with most of the feminist philosophy I have read.
I agree for instance, that for the most part, men are vain, ignorant, greedy, brutal assholes who’ve just about ruined this planet
…who’ve just…who’ve just about ruined this planet because they’re afraid someone might have a bigger dick out there somewhere.
Men are basically insecure about the size of their dicks and so they go to war over it.
You don’t have to be a political scientist or a history major to see the bigger dick foreign policy theory at work.
It goes something like this…”what they have bigger dicks? Bomb them!!!”
And of course the bombs and the bullets and the rockets are all shaped like dicks.
I don’t understand that part of it, but it is part of the equation.
So I agree with that abstract. That man… men…males have pushed the technology that just about has this planet in a stranglehold.

It is through a certain imposed female incapacity that the male is “male”. The world is a big fucking phallocracy. That’s right, THERE WAS NEVER SUCH A THING AS FATHER UNTIL THE CREATION OF PATRIARCHY. You know who contributed to much of this phallocracy? The church.

Powerful men in the early Christian church ‘conned’ the world by propagating lies that devalued the female and tipped the scales in favor of the masculine. Mahn Constantine and his male successors successfully converted the world from matriarchal paganism to patriarchal Christianity by waging a campaign of propaganda that demonized the sacred feminine, obliterating the goddess from modern religion forever.

the sacred feminine and the goddess, which of course has now been lost, virtually eliminated by the Church. The power of the female and her ability to produce life was once very sacred, but it posed a threat to the rise of the predominantly male Church, and so the sacred feminine was demonized and called unclean. It was  man,  not God, who created the concept of ‘original sin,’ whereby Eve tasted of the apple and caused the downfall of the human race. Woman, once the sacred giver of life, was now the enemy. I should add, that this concept of woman as life-bringer was the foundation of ancient religion. Childbirth was mystical and powerful. Sadly, Christian philosophy decided to embezzle the female’s creative power by ignoring biological truth and making  man  the Creator. Genesis tells us that Eve was created from Adam’s rib. Woman became an offshoot of man. And a sinful one at that. Genesis was the beginning of the end for the goddess. When Christianity came along, the old pagan religions did not die easily.

Early religion was based on the divine order of Nature. The goddess Venus and the planet Venus were one and the same. The goddess had a place in the nighttime sky and was known by many names—Venus, the Eastern Star, Ishtar, Astarte—all of them powerful female concepts with ties to Nature and Mother Earth. As part of the Vatican’s campaign to eradicate pagan religions and convert the masses to Christianity, the Church launched a smear campaign against the pagan gods and goddesses, recasting their divine symbols as evil. This is very common in times of turmoil.

Nobody could deny the enormous good the modern Church did in today’s troubled world, and yet the Church had a deceitful and violent history. Their brutal crusade to “reeducate” the pagan and feminine-worshipping religions spanned three centuries, employing methods as inspired as they were horrific. The Catholic Inquisition published the book that arguably could be called the most blood-soaked publication in human history.  Malleus Maleficarum—or  The Witches’ Hammer—indoctrinated the world to “the dangers of freethinking women” and instructed the clergy how to locate, torture, and destroy them. Those deemed “witches” by the Church included all female scholars, priestesses, gypsies, mystics, nature lovers, herb gatherers, and any women “suspiciously attuned to the natural world.” Midwives also were killed for their heretical practice of using medical knowledge to ease the pain of childbirth—a suffering, the Church claimed, that was God’s rightful punishment for Eve’s partaking of the Apple of Knowledge, thus giving birth to the idea of Original Sin. During three hundred years of witch hunts, the Church burned at the stake an astounding five  million women. The propaganda and bloodshed had worked. Today’s world was living proof. Women, once celebrated as an essential half of spiritual enlightenment, had been banished from the temples of the world. There were no female Orthodox rabbis, Catholic priests, nor Islamic clerics. The once hallowed act of Hieros Gamos—the natural sexual union between man and woman through which each became spiritually whole—had been recast as a shameful act. Holy men who had once required sexual union with their female counterparts to commune with God now feared their natural sexual urges as the work of the devil, collaborating with his favorite accomplice… woman. Not even the feminine association with the  left-hand  side could escape the Church’s defamation. In France and Italy, the words for “left”—gauche  and  sinistra—came to have deeply negative overtones, while their right-hand counterparts rang of  righteousness, dexterity, and correctness. To this day, radical thought was considered  left  wing, irrational thought was  left  brain, and anything evil,  sinister. The days of the goddess were over. The pendulum had swung. Mother Earth had become a  man’s world, and the gods of destruction and war were taking their toll. The male ego had spent two millennia running unchecked by its female counterpart. It was this obliteration of the sacred feminine in modern life that had caused what the Hopi Native Americans called  koyanisquatsi—”life out of balance”—an unstable situation marked by testosterone-fueled wars, a plethora of misogynistic societies, and a growing disrespect for Mother Earth.

The ancients envisioned their world in two halves—masculine and feminine. Their gods and goddesses worked to keep a balance of power. Yin and yang. When male and female were balanced, there was harmony in the world. When they were unbalanced, there was chaos.

Yin & Yang

Again on my Taoism polemics. Taoism is a gender-neutral religion. This is implied by the concept of Yin Yang which teaches that masculine and feminine are complementary, inseparable and equal.

Wanna know something perfect about the church? The Rosary. Mmh..

Women are fantastic creatures! Many do not realize how fantastic they are, and certainly most men do not. Women are much like their clitoris: there is much more inside than outside.
Hindu traditions still recognize the sacredness of the yoni – a Sanskrit word with meanings not only of cunt, but also abode, source, spring, home. Pre-Indo-European peoples understood the yoni as the “concrete manifestation” of Shakti, “the life-giving, animating power of the cosmos” (Margolin, 1986, 533). This knowledge has not been completely lost, but it has gone underground,

The blossoming flower resembles the female genitalia, the sublime blossom from which all mankind enters the world. And if you've ever seen any paintings by Georgia O'Keeffe, you'll know exactly what I mean.

the earth is understood “as a religious form . . . repository of a wealth of sacred forces” (Eliade 1958: 242). The beloved dirt, soil or earth, has been understood as the very flesh of Goddess, the cosmic womb/cunt that begets us and to which we ultimately return at death.

If God had a gender he has to be androgynous. A being that is in tune with the  balance  between male and female. It was believed that a human soul could not be enlightened unless it had both male and female elements.

I am a woman. Every artist is a woman and should have a
taste for other women. Artists who are homosexual cannot
be true artists because they like men, and since they them-
selves are women they are reverting to normality.

Orgasm as prayer

Is it surprising we feel conflicted about sex? Our ancient heritage and our very physiologies tell us sex is natural—a cherished route to spiritual fulfillment—and yet modern religion decries it as shameful, teaching us to fear our sexual desire as the hand of the devil.

Hieros Gamos is Greek, It means  sacred marriage. Historically, intercourse was the act through which male and female experienced God. The ancients believed that the male was spiritually incomplete until he had carnal knowledge of the sacred feminine. Physical union with the female remained the sole means through which man could become spiritually complete and ultimately achieve  gnosis—knowledge of the divine. Since the days of Isis, sex rites had been considered man’s only bridge from earth to heaven. By communing with woman, man could achieve a climactic instant when his mind went totally blank and he could see God. Orgasm as prayer? Physiologically speaking, the male climax was accompanied by a split second entirely devoid of thought. A brief mental vacuum. A moment of clarity during which God could be glimpsed. Meditation gurus achieved similar states of thoughtlessness without sex and often described Nirvana as a neverending spiritual orgasm. It’s important to remember that the ancients’ view of sex was entirely opposite from ours today. Sex begot new life—the ultimate miracle—and miracles could be performed only by a god. The ability of the woman to produce life from her womb made her sacred. A god. Intercourse was the revered union of the two halves of the human spirit—male and female—through which the male could find spiritual wholeness and communion with God.

The next time you find yourself with a woman, look in your heart and see if you cannot approach sex as a mystical, spiritual act. Challenge yourself to find that spark of divinity that man can only achieve through union with the sacred feminine.

I ain’t got no problem with Azealia Banks with her cunt it up campaign

Botticelli, Poussin, Bernini, Mozart, and Victor Hugo are men that all whispered of the quest to restore the banished sacred feminine. Maybe they were tired of footing the bill, the constant need to be strong and have money, tired of always providing, tired of doing all the heavy manual work, tired of thrusting whereas she could also hop on it and ride it cowgirl. A phallocracy is fucking tiresome.

I have a concern over the Church’s elimination of the sacred feminine from modern religion. I am simply echoing some of their shared frustrations with the modern Church’s demonization of the goddess. We are equal. Foot the fucking bill, yo hop on it cowgirl.

We are starting to sense the dangers of our history… and of our destructive paths. We are beginning to sense the need to restore the sacred feminine. The gender 2/3 rule. The women reps. I am singing her song. The world needs modern troubadours.

Wei Wu Wei “Action Without Action”

Preamble: The more freedom we have, the more choices available to the people. The fewer freedoms we have, the faster hypocrisy will eat away at the heart of our society.

                  LIVE AND LET LIVE

Lead by the gun and you will die by the gun. Garbage In Garbage Out. If you do nothing, nothing bad comes out. Wei Wu Wei.

Taoism is not a mere matter of willing. It is a principle of life.
One of Taoism’s most important concepts is wu wei , which is sometimes translated as “non-doing” or “non-action.” A better way to think of it, however, is as a paradoxical “Action of non-action.”  Wei Wu Wei refers to the cultivation of a state of being in which our actions are quite effortlessly in alignment with the ebb and flow of the elemental cycles of the natural world. It is a kind of “going with the flow” that is characterized by great ease and awake-ness, in which – without even trying – we’re able to respond perfectly to whatever situations arise.

As I understand it, wei wu wei speaks mainly to these things, which we fool ourselves into thinking we can change through action, when nonaction will work much better. Wei wu wei helps us remember that misdirected effort in these areas is counterproductive.

So, in theory at least, Taoists tend not to initiate action – but wait for events to make action necessary – and avoid letting their own desires and compulsions push them into doing things.

There was a Greek-speaking Stoic philosopher called Epictetus AD 55 – 135) who actually subconsciously taught wei wu wei. Epictetus taught that philosophy is a way of life and not just a theoretical discipline. To Epictetus, all external events are beyond our control; we should accept whatever happens calmly and dispassionately. However, individuals are responsible for their own actions, which they can examine and control through rigorous self-discipline.

The simplest interpretation of wei-wu-wei is that it means doing nothing, or as little as possible.

Wei Wu Wei

A more common interpretation of wei-wu-wei sees it as action which does not force but yields. Rather than being a version of doing nothing, this might be called “the action of passivity.” Under the weight of a heavy snowfall, pine branches break off, but by bending, the willow can drop its burden and spring up again.

If one leaves the people alone and lets them get on with it, social problems will resolve themselves — perhaps because political interference is more often the cause of such problems than their solution.

Taoism requires human beings to be humble and recognise that not only are they NOT obliged to make the world a better place, they are actually so ignorant of what is really happening that they are likely to make things worse if they do take action.

So wu-wei is a recommendation to be soft and yielding, as Lao Tzu’s favorite metaphor water (joh). Often the character joh,  is translated as “weakness,”  but “weakness” has unavoidably negative connotations which do not seem right in this context — especially since joh is usually a means to conquer in the end. It is because water is the softest and most yielding thing that it is able to overcome the hard and strong.

Wei Wu Wei – Action without Action

The constant and unmistakable teaching of the Tao Te Ching is that humans are indeed capable of intervening in life’s events, but the evidence of life, which humans constantly ignore, is that such intervention is destructive to all involved, and that we therefore have a moral duty to refrain from taking such actions.

America funded Islamists that would later come back to bite them in the ass in the form of 9/11.

The Soviet invasion in 1979, and the 10 years of occupation that followed, provided a magnet for would-be jihadists from around the Arab world.

Some 35,000 of them flocked to Afghanistan during that period, to join the jihad and help the mainly Islamist Afghan mujahideen guerrillas turn the country into Russia’s Vietnam.

Ironically, they found themselves on the same team as the Americans. The CIA’s Operation Cyclone channelled hundreds of millions of dollars through Pakistan to militant Afghan mujahedeen leaders due to the American deep rooted hate for the Soviet at that time.

It was in Afghanistan that virtually all the major figures in the new jihadist world cut their teeth. They helped shape events there in the aftermath of the Soviet withdrawal in 1989, a period that saw the emergence of al-Qaeda as a vehicle for a wider global jihad, and Afghanistan provided a base for it.
By the time the Taliban took over in 1996, they were virtually in partnership with Osama Bin Laden and his men, and it was from there that al-Qaeda launched its fateful 9/11 attack in 2001.
The formative Afghan experience provided both the combat-hardened salafist jihadist leaders and the strategists who were to play an instrumental role in the emergence of the IS of today.

So basically America played itself.

When the kitchen is already flooded, the bureaucrats propose turning on even more faucets.

“We must accept the fact that Islam has a crisis,” says a senior Sunni politician in Iraq.
“IS is not a freak. Look at the roots, the people, the aims. If you don’t deal with the roots, the situation will be much more dangerous. The world has to get rid of IS, but needs a new deal: reformation, in Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, al-Azhar [the ancient seat of Sunni Islamic learning and authority in Cairo].”
“You can’t kill all the Muslims, you need an Islamic reformation. But Saudi and Qatari money is blotting out the voices so we can’t get anywhere. It’s the curse of the Arab world, too much oil, too much money.”

I’ll tell you what, leave them alone. Wei Wu fucking Wei

IS took up the cause of punishing the West and other outsiders for their actions in the region over the past century:
◾ the carve-up by the colonial powers 100 years ago, drawing a border between Iraq and Syria which IS has now erased
◾ the creation of Israel under the British mandate for Palestine, and its subsequent unswerving political and financial support by the US
◾ Western (and indeed Russian) backing for corrupt and tyrannical Arab regimes
◾ the Western invasion and destruction of Iraq on the flimsiest of pretexts, with the death of uncounted thousands of Iraqis
◾ the Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo prisoner abuse scandals….

They are basically punishing them for meddling

Taoism requires human beings to be humble and recognise that not only are they NOT obliged to make the world a better place, they are actually so ignorant of what is really happening that they are likely to make things worse if they do take action.

George W. Bush and Tony Blair’s actions in Iraq were directly responsible for the mayhem we now see in the Middle East. Despite anti-war protests by millions of people around the globe, the former United States president and the former British Prime Minister, respectively, decided in 2003 to go to war with Iraq, without United Nations Security Council approval.

At that time, not even pleas by UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan were enough to deter these warmongers from invading Iraq. They justified their actions by claiming that the Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein had “weapons of mass destruction” and was harbouring Al Qaeda. None of these claims were found to be true.

On the contrary, Saddam’s ouster paved the path for Al Qaeda to lay down roots in Iraq, something that would have been inconceivable during his regime.

No one is quite sure of the numbers, but it is estimated that the Iraq war led to the deaths of between 100,000 and 600,000 people, most of them civilians.

When Saddam was captured, tried and sentenced to death by a kangaroo court, sectarian violence between Sunnis, Shias and Kurds broke out.

Then, Saddam’s Baath party loyalists joined forces with Sunni jihadists to form the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, one of the biggest threats the world is currently facing. The conflicts in Iraq and Syria have led to an unprecedented refugee crisis that has not been witnessed since the Second World War.

The reality in Syria

Under Saddam’s tightly-controlled Baath Party regime, the Sunnis enjoyed pride of place over the majority Shia, who have strong ties with their co-religionists across the border in Iran.
The US-led intervention disempowered the Sunnis, creating massive resentment and providing fertile ground for the outside salafist jihadists to take root in.

When the US-led coalition destroyed the Iraqi state in 2003, it was breaking down the wall that was containing Iran, the region’s Shia superpower, seen as a threat by the Saudis and most of their Sunni Gulf partners since its Islamic revolution in 1979.
Iran had for years been backing anti-Saddam Iraqi Shia factions in exile. Through those groups, the empowerment of the majority Shia community in Iraq after 2003 gave Iran unrivalled influence over Iraqi politics.

Bush has been an avid reader throughout his adult life, preferring biographies and histories. During his time as president, Bush read the Bible daily. He also read 14 Lincoln biographies and, during the last three years of his presidency, he reportedly read 186 books. Trump busted this as the biggest lie. I concur, considering he never stumbled upon any wei wu wei scripts.

If everyone just remained in their own borders and stopped meddling. Why do all the dirty work? Russia sleeps next to Afghanistan. France, Germany are all next to the middle East but American soldiers flew over the vast Atlantic into foreign territories of the Middle East to meddle. They are victims of their own propaganda that since they are the largest economy, we should meddle. A free hegemony ticket. They have fed on their own ideologies and internalized their own propaganda now they are victims.

That’s tantamount to claiming that having more money than your brother automatically makes you his Father. As absurd as it is pragmatically.

The US is required by law to spend a mandatory amount on certain programs, like Social Security, a federal welfare program.
“If the US spent zero on Social Security and defense, the percentage of the total that goes [toward] infrastructure would be higher,”  – Puentes. Look at China putting their money into good use because they did not meddle.

When the kitchen is already flooded, the bureaucrats propose turning on even more faucets.

Don’t throw yourself into the fire then romanticize the pain.

Ten months after vowing to “degrade and ultimately destroy” the organisation, President Obama ruefully acknowledged that IS “has been particularly effective at reaching out to and recruiting vulnerable people around the world including here in the United States, and they are targeting Muslim communities around the world”.
And he put his finger on the real challenge, monumentally greater than the comparatively simple task of defeating IS militarily:
“Ideologies are not defeated with guns, they are defeated by better ideas, a more attractive and more compelling vision,” he said.

Have you tried wei wu wei bruh.

The US and its allies were powerless to halt IS advances in Libya.

Democracy promotion has its naysayers. Regime change schemes in the name of democracy have thrown African countries like Libya to the abyss of anarchy.
The brutal, corrupt dictatorships which the U.S/ NATO shook have either fragmented into chaos and sectarian and tribal upheaval, like Syria itself, Libya, Yemen and (with Western intervention) Iraq, or the “deep states” of their former regimes came back, even more harshly in the case of Egypt, more gently in the case of Tunisia.

The Saudis made a huge mistake when they backed the overthrow of the elected Muslim Brotherhood president in Egypt and the subsequent crackdown on the movement, which has pushed political Islam into the arms of the radicals.
“There were no pictures of Isis, Bin Laden or al-Qaeda in Tahrir Square,” he says. “It was an opportunity for democracy in the Middle East, but we made a historical blunder for which we are all paying now.”

Today’s presidential candidates are playing recklessly with free trade, alliances and immigration. They are pushing the misguided notion that high trade barriers will restore jobs and prosperity to the middle class, and scorning old alliances and new immigrants. These protectionist and nativist ideas aren’t new; they’re as old as the Greeks. Athens tried them but it created international disorder and the opposite of the desired result.

Adam Smith’s thesis that the free market makes societies prosperous because it enables specialisation and division of labour.

Wei Wu Wei.

North Korea and weapons of mass destruction

North Korea is like a kid. A very bored kid. Like the toddler who keeps testing the parents’ limits of tolerance, North Korea is bent on discovering just how close to the edge is too close.

On January 6, 2007, the North Korean government confirmed that it had nuclear weapons. This was a test to see the world’s reaction, nothing happened. In April 2009, reports surfaced that North Korea has become a “fully fledged nuclear power”, an opinion shared by International Atomic Energy Agency. It even went ahead to test.

On January 6, 2016 in Korea, the United States Geological Survey detected a magnitude 5.1 seismic disturbance, reported to be a fourth underground nuclear test. North Korea claimed that this test involved a hydrogen bomb.

On February 7, 2016, roughly a month after the alleged hydrogen bomb test, North Korea claimed to have put a satellite into orbit around the Earth. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe had warned the North to not launch the rocket, and if it did and the rocket violated Japanese territory, it would be shot down. Nevertheless, North Korea launched the rocket anyway, claiming the satellite was purely intended for peaceful, scientific purposes. Several nations, including the United States, Japan, and South Korea, have criticized the launch, and despite North Korean claims that the rocket was for peaceful purposes, it has been heavily criticized as an attempt to perform an ICBM test under the guise of a peaceful satellite launch. China also criticized the launch, however urged “the relevant parties” to “refrain from taking actions that may further escalate tensions on the Korean peninsula”. Apparently, this is proof that China understands Wei Wu Wei better.

If one leaves the people alone and lets them get on with it, social problems will resolve themselves — perhaps because political interference is more often the cause of such problems than their solution.

80% of the population in China practices Taoism; that means that Wei Wu Wei is deeply inculcated in the masses’ majority.

Cannabis grows naturally throughout southwestern China and it is legally cultivated in some areas for its use in commercial rope manufacturing. Wei Wu Wei has made drug usage become so trivial an issue in China through ostensibly decriminalising it.

China is technically the source of drugs and controlled substances in the world but they don’t pose a major drug problem compared to the countries they export to. Wanna know why, Wei Wu Wei.
It is a major source of precursor chemicals necessary for the production of cocaine, heroin, MDMA and crystal meth. Much of these precursor chemicals go to Mexico, El Chapo, Escobar, Heisenberg where ya at? We finally knew where you get your pseudo. China is also a leading exporter of bulk ephedrine and has been a source of much of the pseudoephedrine subsequently used to manufacture methamphetamine destined for the U.S.

China the source country for these drugs experiences a lower usage and addiction problem than the destination for these drugs — Mexico/ Colombia/ Dominican Republic/ U.S.A/ El Salvador. Do you know why? Wei Wu Wei.

In particular, favoring drug legalization does not imply approval of drug use.

Eric Wert on the legalisation of marijuana.: ” I have seen the therapeutic effects first hand and it is obviously beneficial. It’s totally legal where I live, here in Portland, and seriously, it’s not a big deal. All the people who used it before can do it more safely; anyone who didn’t use it doesn’t have to start. Sending people to prison for something so innocuous is insane.”

What should be happening is harm reduction. Like Cannabis is already liberalized this should chart campaigns for the usage of bongs which cool and to some extent filters the smoke.

Where availability is limited, users of heroin and other drugs frequently share the syringes and use them more than once. As a result, infections such as HIV or hepatitis C can spread from user to users through the reuse of syringes contaminated with infected blood. The principles of harm reduction propose that syringes should be easily available or at least available through a needle and syringe programmes (NSP). Where syringes are provided in sufficient quantities, rates of HIV are much lower than in places where supply is restricted. Wei wu wei.

Schadenfreude (; German: [ˈʃaːdn̩ˌfʁɔɪdə]) is pleasure derived (pleasure derived) from the misfortunes of others. This word is taken from German and literally means “harm-joy”. It is the feeling of joy or pleasure when one sees another fail or suffer misfortune. According to me, schadenfreude is a sinister variant of wei wu wei. That makes George Carlin subconsciously a Taoist.

George Carlin professed a hearty schadenfreude in watching the rich spectrum of humanity slowly self-destruct, in his estimation, of its own design, His delivery frequently treated these subjects in a misanthropic and nihilistic fashion, all sharing the overall theme of (in his words) “humanity’s bullshit”, which might include murder, genocide, war, rape, corruption, religion, the destruction of nature and other aspects of human civilization.

He said, “I look at it this way… For centuries now, man has done everything he can to destroy, defile, and interfere with nature: clear-cutting forests, strip-mining mountains, poisoning the atmosphere, over-fishing the oceans, polluting the rivers and lakes, destroying wetlands and aquifers… so when nature strikes back, and smacks him on the head and kicks him in the nuts, I enjoy that. I have absolutely no sympathy for human beings whatsoever. None. And no matter what kind of problem humans are facing, whether it’s natural or man-made, I always hope it gets worse.”- George Carlin.

There have been 5 major extinctions on earth.

The 1st Mass Extinction- the world cooled drastically and ice sheets spread from the poles precipitating the second extinction.
The Ordovician Ordeal- 85% of marine species were wiped out leaving only fish.
The Permean Extinction- worst mass extinction in the planet’s history, obliterating up to 96% of marine species and similar % of land animals. In the aftermath, the 1st dinosaurs evolved.
The Triassic Extinction- 80% of species extinct including the top predators of giant reptiles called icthyosaurs. In the aftermath, the dinosaurs became the dominant land animals and eventually reached Titanic sizes. The biggest species 59 tonnes.
The fifth extinction- The death of dinosaurs. 65 million years ago, a huge chunk of rock from outer space smashed into what is now Mexico. The explosion was devastating but the longer term effects were worse. Dust was thrown into the upper atmosphere and blocked out sunlight, and in the ensuing cold and darkness, earth suffered its fifth and last mass extinction. The dinosaurs were the most famous casualties but pterosaurs and giant marine reptiles were also wiped out.
This caused mammals to evolve their ability of nourishing their young inside their womb just like modern humans.

All these extinctions were natural.

Our species, homo sapiens is ridiculously young. We have only existed for a fifth of a million years. In that time we have expanded from our African birthplace to reach every continent, and even outer space. Our activities have precipitated the sixth mass extinction and unleashed the fastest episode of climate change in Earth’s history. Yet we are also the only species that has ever managed to piece together the history of earth.

The dynamics of hardheadedness psychology show that people tend to cling more to that which they have been asked to abandon.. They also tend to incline towards trying that which they were asked not to try. Adam and Eve. Wei Wu Wei.

Even Alicia Keys knew the girl was on fire but what did she do?  Wrote a song instead of saving the poor girl

Go buy that popcorn with your 3D glasses and watch. Sometimes it’s okay to watch the world self immolate. Carlin gave us leeway.

“No religion is greater than TRUTH. No Faith is greater than fact”- Malcolm X.

Preamble: “I freed a thousand slaves I could have freed a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves.” ~ Harriet Tubman

You start dying slowly if you become a slave of your habits, walking everyday on the same paths… If you do not change your routine. You start dying slowly if you do not travel, if you do not read. You don’t see with your eyes, you see with your brain and the more words your brain has, the more you can see.
Sounds like a preachment on morality? Well what if it is.

Books give a person a holistic bigger view of the universe, yet a fanatic needs only a very narrow angle to life. Churchill summed it up excellently when he said a fanatic is somebody who will not change his minds and will not change his subject.

You start dying slowly if you do not allow yourself, at least once in your lifetime to run away from sensible advice. Mainstream religions are ostensibly sensible advice due to years of cultural conditioning.

Social Critic and humorist, Mark Twain criticized conventional religion by the sentiment whereby he felt that the church of his time had lost touch with everyday life. He went further to state that: “If Christ were here now, there is one thing he would not be– a Christian.”

Before getting carried away, however, let it be said that A good society allows you to believe in any God or other mythical creature. What it doesn’t allow is for you to do bad things in their name.

If an ideology is peaceful, we will see its extremists and literalists as the most peaceful people on earth, that's called common sense.

Extremist ideas remain in the dark, forgotten corners of history unless their time comes. And IS time came, with Afghanistan, Iraq, and everything that followed.

If they are a 'Religion of PEACE" then why aren't their Extremists, extremely peaceful?

Religion isn’t under attack. Its being called out!

Religion isn’t under attack. Its being called out!

“You should just shut up and let people believe whatever they want.”

If we did that:
People would still believe the earth is flat.
Witches would still be burned at the stake.
Black people would still be slaves.
Jews would still be burned in ovens.
Women would have no equal rights.
Gays would not be winning their own equality.

Shall I continue? Or should I just shut up and let you continue to be a coward?

“You gotta respect everyone’s beliefs.” NO YOU DON’T.
That’s what gets us in trouble. You have to acknowledge everyone’s beliefs.

You have the right to believe in what you want. I have the right to believe its ridiculous.

It’s funny when monsters start calling demons bad influential statistics on the society.

The source of man’s unhappiness is his ignorance of Nature. The pertinacity with which he clings to blind opinions imbibed in his infancy, which interweave themselves with his existence, the consequent prejudice that warps his mind, that prevents its expansion, that renders him the slave of fiction, appears to doom him to continual error.

— d’Holbach, The System of Nature.

You only need one religion. Love. Love does not insist in its own way. Love is open minded. A person whose heart knows love will have a Single-minded and totally selfless pursuit of knowledge, for its own sake because the greatest impurity is ignorance. Free yourself from it. Be pure.
Kevin Gates is the best street rapper there is, an unparalleled social commentator too but when it comes to Islam, the guy is the dumber o dumbest ignoramus rabble rousing bigot. It really irks me that religion can make someone that dumb. Religion poisons everything good in this world.
The universe is made up of protons, neutrons, electrons and morons.

Nobody is more indoctrinated than the indoctrinator.” I chewed it and swallowed it for you. You’re welcome. When you find, or compose, or are moonstruck by a good proof, there’s a sense of inevitability, of innate truth. You understand that the thing is true, and you understand why, and you see that it can’t be any other way. It’s like falling in love. How do you know that you’ve fallen in love? You just do. So again, you’re welcome.

In this sense, God’s greatest moment is the moment you realize you need no God.
I know, I know…this is the antithesis of everything you have ever been taught. Yet your teachers have taught you of an angry God, a jealous God, a God who needs to be needed. And that is not a God at all, but a neurotic substitute for that which would be a deity.

A true master is not one with the most students, but one who creates the most Masters.
A true leader is not the one with the most followers, but one who creates the most leaders.
A true king is not the one with the most subjects, but one who leads the most to royalty.
A true teacher is not the one with the most knowledge, but one who causes the most others to have knowledge.
A true God is not One with the most servants, but One who serves the most, thereby making Gods of all others.

Science has a habit of asking stupid questions. Stupid, that is, by the standards of common sense. But time and time again we have found that common sense is a poor guide to what really goes on in the world.

Again, the good thing about science is its true. Whether you believe it or not.

It is possible that mankind is on the threshold of a golden age; but if so, it will be necessary first to slay the dragon that guards the door, and this dragon is religion. As much as religion is true and magnificent, It is polluted too much. And has too many bottlenecks and asterisks so profound.

The Bible is Like a rose growing in manure. Some stuff is pretty nice, but most of it is surrounded by a pile of shit.

The Bible says that there was water and plant life on earth before the sun was created.

Let that sink in.

Christians should just bow to facts and accept that their time is wrong; the world is not 6,000 years as the Bible purports, it is billions of years, According to radiometric dating and other sources of evidence, Earth formed about 4.54 billion years ago. , Noah’s flood never happened. Evolution is real. Dinosaurs existed and died 65 million years ago.

It is not what the man of science believes that distinguishes him, but how and why he believes it. His beliefs are tentative, not dogmatic; they are based on evidence, not on authority or intuition.

The only difference between Religion and superstition is the spelling. Give your tithe to the Scientists

They should call the creation story a metaphor.

The problem lays in the literal translation of metaphors. Every faith in the world is based on fabrication. That is the definition of faith-acceptance of that which we imagine to be true, that which we cannot prove. Every religion describes God through metaphor, allegory, and exaggeration, from the early Egyptians through modern Sunday School. Metaphors are a way to help our minds process the unprocessible. The problems arise when we begin to believe literally in our own metaphors.

Religion isn’t under attack. Its being called out! It should be an image of Caesar’s wife, a beyond-reproach paragon of virtue. Why tell us to be perfect while you ain’t perfect.

“Religion ends and philosophy begins, just as alchemy ends and chemistry begins and astrology ends, and astronomy begins.” ~ Christopher Hitchens.

First law of philosophy: For every philosopher, there exists an equal and opposite philosopher.
Second Law of Philosophy: They’re either both wrong or they are both right.

So why not integrate?

"Integration". Artist- Unknown

I know of no society in recorded history that ever suffered because its people became too reasonable.

The world has never morphed into religion. Religion morphs into the world.

Rome, now the seat of the Vatican ; as it was expanding in the ancient Roman Empire, it always took the most formidable religion in their expansee and incorporated it into their own lore.

Rome was basically a sponge. When the Roman Republic conquered Greece in 146 BC, it took much of Greek religion (along with many other aspects of Greek culture such as literary and architectural styles) and incorporated it into its own. The Greek gods were equated with the ancient Roman deities; Zeus with Jupiter, Hera with Juno, Poseidon with Neptune, Aphrodite with Venus, Ares with Mars, Artemis with Diana, Athena with Minerva, Hermes with Mercury, Hephaestus with Vulcan, Hestia with Vesta, Demeter with Ceres, Hades with Pluto, Tyche with Fortuna, and Pan with Faunus. Some of the gods, such as Apollo and Bacchus, had earlier been adopted by the Romans. There were also many deities that existed in the Roman religion before its interaction with Greece that weren’t associated with a Greek deity, including Janus and Quirinus.

The Papacy wields too much power because of Constantine. Christianity was shaped by Paganism. Here’s evidence to prove.

Jesus Christ was a historical figure of staggering influence, perhaps the most enigmatic and inspirational leader the world has ever seen. As the prophesied Messiah, Jesus toppled kings, inspired millions, and founded new philosophies. As a descendant of the lines of King Solomon and King David, Jesus possessed a rightful claim to the throne of the King of the Jews. Understandably, His life was recorded by thousands of followers across the land. More than  eighty  gospels were considered for the New Testament, and yet only a relative few were chosen for inclusion—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John among them. Do you know Who chose which gospels to include? The fundamental irony of Christianity! The Bible, as we know it today, was collated by the pagan Roman emperor Constantine the Great. Constantine was hardly a Christian, He was a lifelong pagan who was baptized on his deathbed, too weak to protest. In Constantine’s day, Rome’s official religion was sun worship—the cult of  Sol Invictus, or the Invincible Sun—and Constantine was its head priest. Unfortunately for him, a growing religious turmoil was gripping Rome. Three centuries after the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, Christ’s followers had multiplied exponentially. Christians and pagans began warring, and the conflict grew to such proportions that it threatened to rend Rome in two. Constantine decided something had to be done. In 325 A.D., he decided to unify Rome under a single religion. Christianity. Well why would a pagan emperor choose  Christianity  as the official religion? Constantine was a very good businessman. He could see that Christianity was on the rise, and he simply backed the winning horse. Historians still marvel at the brilliance with which Constantine converted the sun-worshipping pagans to Christianity. By fusing pagan symbols, dates, and rituals into the growing Christian tradition, he created a kind of hybrid religion that was acceptable to both parties. “Transmogrification,” The vestiges of pagan religion in Christian symbology are undeniable. Egyptian sun disks became the halos of Catholic saints. Pictograms of Isis nursing her miraculously conceived son Horus became the blueprint for our modern images of the Virgin Mary nursing Baby Jesus. And virtually all the elements of the Catholic ritual—the miter, the altar, the doxology, and communion, the act of “God-eating”—were taken directly from earlier pagan mystery religions.” Nothing in Christianity is original. The pre-Christian God Mithras—called  the Son of God  and  the Light of the World—was born on December 25, died, was buried in a rock tomb, and then resurrected in three days. By the way, December 25 is also the birthday of Osiris, Adonis, and Dionysus. The newborn Krishna was presented with gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Even Christianity’s weekly holy day was stolen from the pagans. Originally, Christianity honored the Jewish Sabbath of Saturday, but Constantine shifted it to coincide with the pagan’s veneration day of the sun. To this day, most churchgoers attend services on Sunday morning with no idea that they are there on account of the pagan sun god’s weekly tribute—Sunday. During this fusion of religions, Constantine needed to strengthen the new Christian tradition, and held a famous ecumenical gathering known as the Council of Nicaea. This Synod was insofar as its being the birthplace of the Nicene Creed. At this gathering, many aspects of Christianity were debated and voted upon—the date of Easter, the role of the bishops, the administration of sacraments, and, of course, the  divinity of Jesus. Until  that  moment in history, Jesus was viewed by His followers as a mortal prophet… a great and powerful man, but a  man  nonetheless. A mortal. Not the Son of God. Right. Jesus’ establishment as ‘the Son of God’ was officially proposed and voted on by the Council of Nicaea. Jesus’ divinity was the result of a  vote. A relatively close vote at that, nonetheless, establishing Christ’s divinity was critical to the further unification of the Roman empire and to the new Vatican power base. By officially endorsing Jesus as the Son of God, Constantine turned Jesus into a deity who existed beyond the scope of the human world, an entity whose power was unchallengeable. This not only precluded further pagan challenges to Christianity, but now the followers of Christ were able to redeem themselves  only  via the established sacred channel—the Roman Catholic Church. It was all about power, Christ as Messiah was critical to the functioning of Church and state. Many scholars claim that the early Church literally  stole  Jesus from His original followers, hijacking His human message, shrouding it in an impenetrable cloak of divinity, and using it to expand their own power. Jesus was indeed a great and powerful man. Constantine’s underhanded political maneuvers don’t diminish the majesty of Christ’s life. Nobody is saying Christ was a fraud, or denying that He walked the earth and inspired millions to better lives. All we are saying is that Constantine took advantage of Christ’s substantial influence and importance. And in doing so, he shaped the face of Christianity as we know it today. The twist is this, Because Constantine upgraded Jesus’ status almost four centuries  after  Jesus’ death, thousands of documents already existed chronicling His life as a  mortal  man. To rewrite the history books, Constantine knew he would need a bold stroke. From this sprang the most profound moment in Christian history. Constantine commissioned and financed a new Bible, which omitted those gospels that spoke of Christ’s  human  traits and embellished those gospels that made Him godlike. The earlier gospels were outlawed, gathered up, and burned. Anyone who chose the forbidden gospels over Constantine’s version was deemed a heretic. The word  heretic  derives from that moment in history. The Latin word  haereticus  means ‘choice.’ Those who ‘chose’ the original history of Christ were the world’s first  heretics. Fortunately for historians, some of the gospels that Constantine attempted to eradicate managed to survive. The Dead Sea Scrolls were found in the 1950s hidden in a cave near Qumran in the Judean desert. And, of course, the Coptic Scrolls in 1945 at Nag Hammadi. These documents speak of Christ’s ministry in very human terms. Constantine’s Bible has been their truth for ages. Blinding ignorance does mislead us. O! Wretched mortals, open your eyes!

Integration is so simple. We just need a Papal fiat. Give it a Latin name and everyone falls in line. Its not the first time it has happened.
The Second Vatican Ecumenical Council (Latin: Concilium Oecumenicum Vaticanum Secundum; more commonly known as the Second Vatican Council, or informally as Vatican II) addressed relations between the Catholic Church and the modern world. Several changes resulted from the council, including the renewal of consecrated life with a revised charism, ecumenical efforts towards dialogue with other religions.

A number of Papal pronouncements have been issued against Freemasonry. The first was Pope Clement XII’s In eminenti apostolatus, 28 April 1738; the most recent was Pope Leo XIII’s Ab apostolici, 15 October 1890. The 1917 Code of Canon Law explicitly declared that joining Freemasonry entailed automatic excommunication, and banned books favouring Freemasonry.

As P.W. Anderson wrote in his article “More is Different”: “The reductionist hypothesis does not by any means imply a constructionist one.”

In Indian culture, different religious philosophies were traditionally respected as academic differences in pursuit of the same truth.

Chakras, Karma, Muslimah Giving alms Evergetism, Science, Hedonism, Taoism, Humanism, Jainism non absolutism Nihilism, Shamanism, Tantric, Yoga, Economics, Gentleman’s Clubs, Freemasonry, Budhahood, Dharma, Kama Sutra, Greek neoplatonism, tzimtzum,Immanence & Transcendence, Séance & Ancestral cultism, Rastafarian, Grace Yada yada yada..

All these possess immense wisdom if only they were integrated. Some are not well known. Not well known does not mean lacking in influential. Anything but.

The Tao initiated the Nebula Cloud. The Universe sprang from the Tao.

In the beginning, man made GOD, and then the problems started.

If there is one religion that gives a perfect definition of from what the universe could have sprang from. It is Taoism. According to Taoists, the universe sprang from the Tao.

I agree. You can’t adopt the nihilism thesis of the aethists. The Universe began from something. It did not spontaneously appear.
The problem arose when Christians tried to define God. By defining God, they denigrated Him. Him, they even gave him a gender. The Chinese Taoism is the only religion that perhaps give you the perfect glimpse of the power manifesting itself in the Universe. They call it the Tao.
The Big Bang theory was initiated by the Tao. It is so easy to integrate this with science.

Our chief concern is with how the Chinese have thought of this Power manifesting itself in the universe.

The ancients judged of the world without mechanical aids. What they would have concluded had they had at their command all the modern mechanism for surveying the universe, passes our imagination! But, as the Taoist saw it, he judged that the invisible was greater than the visible: that spirit, from every point of view, was more excellent than matter. Lao Tan felt that behind all,—not only the visible world, but also behind the invisible world, there is a Supreme Power to which he gave the conventional name of Tao, or, as it may be translated the Cosmic Spirit. But this is only a conventional term: we cannot comprehend it and therefore it is impossible to give it an adequate name. Its quality, its power and its magnitude is so vast and deep that no human language,—language belonging to the material universe alone—can describe it. And, of course, were any term comprehensive enough to connote it, in all its mysterious greatness, it would, at once, lose its chief characteristic of the Infinite. Once a thing is defined, it becomes limited. So the conventional name of Great Tao is only an indicative name,—indicative of immensity and quality and the way. But whilst no name can adequately define it, yet it is possible for the mind to have a good conception of it, through description of its works and by analogues of what it is like. It is the Source of all and the Eternal Sustainer of all creation. It gives out energy, but without the least exhaustion of its own powers and resources.

The most useful words to stimulate an idea of the Tao are found in the Tao Te Ching and Chuang Tzu:

The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao;
The name that can be named is not the eternal name.
The Nameless is the origin of Heaven and Earth;
The Named is the mother of all things.
There was something undifferentiated and yet complete,
Which existed before Heaven and Earth.
Soundless and formless it depends on nothing and does not change.
It operates everywhere and is free from danger.
It may be considered the mother of the universe.
I do not know its name; I call it Tao.
All things in the world come from being.
And being comes from non-being. (form comes from formlessness)?
Tao Te Ching
The Way is to man as rivers and lakes are to fish,
the natural condition of life.
Chuang Tzu

The Tao is conceived of as something self-existent and being independent of the visible world. It belongs to the invisible world and the visible comes from it.

The Tao is not a thing or substance in the conventional sense. That sort of thinking is misleading: Thinking of the Tao as some sort of object produces an understanding of the Tao that is less than the reality.

The Tao cannot be described in words. Human language can only give hints that may help the mind to form an idea.

“the” should be dropped because it gives people the idea that the Tao is a metaphysical reality, by which sense they mean a thing/ object (in the wildest sense) or an absolute being like a god. Which in conventional sense the Tao is not God too. It is not worshipped. The Tao includes several concepts in one word:

the source of creation
the ultimate
the inexpressible and indefinable
the unnameable

Phra Dharmakosacarya also known as Buddhadasa Bhikkhu was a famous and influential ascetic-philisopher of the 20th Century. Known as an innovative reinterpreter of Buddhist doctrine and Thai folk beliefs, Buddhadasa fostered a reformation in conventional religious perceptions in Thailand as well as abroad whereby he developed a personal view that rejected specific religious identification and considered all faiths as principally one.

Well, Because it is impossible. Religion has only served as something to scapegoat. Use a paradigm villain, the devil as a patsy by placing all world’s evil on his shoulders. This is what you shall do: Love the earth and sun and the animals, despise riches, give alms to every one that asks, stand up for the stupid and crazy, devote your income and labor to others, hate tyrants, argue not concerning God, have patience and indulgence toward the people, take off your hat to nothing known or unknown or to any man or number of men, go freely with powerful uneducated persons and with the young and with the mothers of families, read these leaves in the open air every season of every year of your life, re-examine all you have been told at school or church or in any book, dismiss whatever insults your own soul; and your very flesh shall be a great poem and have the richest fluency not only in its words but in the silent lines of its lips and face and between the lashes of your eyes and in every motion and joint of your body.

Valley Anecdotes

A sheer delving into some ambivalently famed valleys:

The World’s Largest Necropolis

The Happy Valley Set “Wanjohi Valley”

San Pornando Valley of Porn

Leading hub and startup ecosystem for high-tech innovation and development.

1.The Wanjohi Valley. Happy valley set.

The Wanjohi Valley lies on the slopes of Aberdare ranges, near Aberdare National Park, east of the Great Rift Valley. The area around Wanjohi is Bushi, Miharati, Ndemi, kariamu and Olkalou; stretching upwards to Lord Baden Powell’s grave and downwards stretching to Thompson’s falls with the weather of a sleepy English village.
The valley is famous for hosting the so called Happy valley set whose height of influence was in the late 1920s.
If there is something otherworldly lit other than the Happy valley story, it is the Wanjohi valley landscape.

The view of Happy Valley to the south as you climb the escarpment and Lake Ol Bollosat to the north, DAMN. In Shamata, which in Maa language means ‘high place’, this cold place is to the east of Happy Valley. Here, pioneer settlers, also well-known as the Happy Valley lot, built elegant colonial houses. If there’s something these settlers knew well, it was choosing locations.

The view that these houses offer is simply breathtaking. One such house offers a scenic view of the Laikipia plains, and the Rift Valley and its lakes, Malewa River, the main feeder of Lake Naivasha and up the escarpment.
Further five kilometres to the north is the home of General Wainwright; his sister’s house is nearby. He is famed to have sold land to all the other wazungus (whites). The house veranda faces the Aberdares, and the back of it, the Laikipia plains.

This picturesque landscape was pioneer territory for the hunters and settlers in Karen Blixen’s Out of Africa And it became infamous in books such as
White Mischief; as”Happy Valley” where aristocratic settlers, including Lord Delamere himself, indulged in a movable feast of drugs, drink and debauchery.

Basically, with much of the world at war, a number of bored British aristocrats live dissolute and hedonistic lives fucking and drugging themselves to oblivion to pass the time. The so called Happy valley set was a group of ultra-privilleged white hedonists who settled in the Wanjohi Valley region  and became infamous for engaging in weapon grade hedonism with a carefree curriculum of sex, drugs, adventure and booze. But then culturally prevalent- sexual inhibition that they engaged in with the most gusto: wild orgies and wife-swapping were virtually a prerequisite for any who wished to be embraced in the Wanjohi valley Social scene which had the Muthaiga Country club as its focal point.

Evenings that began with tasty gazelle chops and champagne with class and jazz/folk music from gramophones would degenerate into levels of substance addled debauchery that made Gomorrah seem like priggish puritanical folklore. One post-dinner parlour game involved male attendees lining behind a sheet then poking their aroused genitalia through holes in it, so that the ladies present could cast their votes on their favourite.

The women- Arguably an even more extraordinary bunch than the men.

Beryl Markham- Pilot/ adventurer/Racehorse trainer with a blasé attitude to adultery prevalent within its community.

Lady Idina Sackville, the daughter of the 8th Earl De La Warr and cousin of the poet Vita Sackville-West, had caused immense scandal at home by ditching her second husband to run off to Kenya with a lover eight years her junior, the future Earl of Erroll, Josslyn Hay (more — much, much more — on him later). She would welcome her guests to her spouse-swapping soirées naked in a bathtub made of green onyx, then gracefully put on the garments (that would probably stay on for all of two hours) in front of them. Sackville, if reports are to be believed, worked her way through the male population of British East Africa with systematic zeal. Just a euphemistic way to say that she slept with nearly all the men.

Countess Alice de Janzé, a wealthy heiress from Chicago whose father was a dipsomaniac felt manufacturer, became a global household name in 1927, when she shot Raymond de Trafford in a Paris railway station before turning the gun on herself. Both survived, and later ended up marrying and returning to Kenya, but de Janzé’s second suicide attempt — during a phase of depression, alcoholism and morphine addiction in 1941 — was successful. She was hot. Really hot, though she wore baggy boyish garments.

Kiki Preston, née Alice Gwynne, was another American socialite — related to both the Whitney and Vanderbilt families, no less — who was nicknamed ‘the girl with the silver syringe’, due to her habit of parading Afghanistan’s finest heroin without the slightest regard for anyone around her observing what she was doing. A former cabaret dancer despite her privilege, she would often charter an aeroplane specifically to pick up fresh supplies of heroin from Afghanistan, and has the dubious distinction of having introduced her favoured mind-benders to one of her many lovers, Prince George, Duke of Kent. Preston would also go on to take her own life — a very public act of self-defenestration from a high storey of the Stanhope Hotel in New York in 1946.

As for the menfolk of this ultra-colourful set, the first member of the group is generally acknowledged to be Hugh Cholmondeley, 3rd Baron Delamere — an adventurous cove who would regularly travel to Africa in the late 19th century to hunt lions, continuing the pursuit even after a severe mauling by one understandably miffed giant Lion left him walking with a limp for the rest of his life. He then acquired vast lands from the British Crown on a 90 year lease which he named the Soysambu ranch. What you normally see in Naivasha. Thus his title Lord Delamere.
Delamere was no bombastic colonial jingoist — a sincere admirer of local Maasai culture, he attempted to assimilate into the local way of life while also introducing to it some beneficial agricultural methods — but he was endowed with the required streak of batshit-mischief for a man occupying his place in history. He once — for reasons not even grasped at the time, let alone documented — rode his horse into the dining room of Nairobi’s Norfolk Hotel and carried out an impromptu steeplechase, vaulting over tables.

Jack Soames was a voyeur who drilled holes in the ceilings of his bedrooms to watch his copulating guests. Then there was Frank Greswolde Williams — a man too rotund and invariably inebriated to be part of the Happy Valley sexual shenanigans — who was the chief supplier of cocaine and opiates.

The paramour who took that bullet in the Paris railway station was one Raymond de Trafford, a prolific gambler, womaniser and hardcore alcoholic from an old Irish aristocratic family. “He got very drunk and brought a sluttish girl back to the house,” reported Waugh, “then rogered her and her mama, too. Fights and fucks and gambles and gets D.D. (disgustingly drunk) all the time.” De Trafford is rumoured to have set fire to a row of local Kenyans’ houses after one particularly hearty binge. Having been forced out of the colony in 1939, he was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment at home in England for the manslaughter of a cyclist, committed while driving home drunk from the horse races at Cheltenham.

The most famous of the happy valley set has to be Lord Earl. Kenya’s famous playboy, philanderer in chief – cut down in his prime at the age of 39. The shockwaves caused by the violent death of this “good – looking” aristocrat (not my views by any means) have continued to reverberate to this day. At least half a dozen books have been published about his murder on January 24th 1941; when his body was discovered kneeling in the front passenger foot well of his car with a bullet wound behind the ear, at dirty crossroads.

The tongue wagging furore in the wake of the murder was comparable to more recent cases, such as those of Jacob Juma and the slain lawyer Willie Kimani. May they rest in peace.

Conflicting theories raged as to both the murderer and the motive, and continued to do so for six decades. Was it a crime of passion committed by Sir ‘Jock’ Delves Broughton the cuckolded husband, with whose wife — Diana, Lady Delves Broughton — the earl had been having one of his many affairs?

Lord Erroll

In 1925, Erroll was already a pivotal figure in the new community of British aristocrats and rich socialites, who left their black servants to tend to their farms and their kitchens while they hunted, partied and played polo.
Blond, clever and an ace card and polo player himself, the Earl had begun devoting a good deal of his energy to seducing women, especially those who were married.
Hay is described as having fucked every girl in the colony, practically.

With his wife Lady Idina Sackville (the aforementioned) who caused the Earl to abandon his duties and eloped with him to Kenya, they became the unofficial king and queen of happy valley. They had a home called Slains before divorcing. It became the centre of social life and notorious for its orgies. Men had all forms of lewd sex in Slains. The parties were so wild that made the colonial officials and tradesmen look on the happy valley set with embarrassment.

It was even rumoured that every person had to sleep with someone other than the one they’d arrived with before the party could finish.

The blond, voluptuous siren was the much-younger wife of Lord Erroll’s friend Sir Jock Delves Broughton. Though practically all members of Happy Valley slept around with each other’s spouses, full-blown affairs were off limits.

But Lord Erroll and Lady Diana were smitten. They continued to see each other until Lady Diana finally asked Sir Jock for a divorce. As part of the prenup between 27-year-old Lady Diana and 57-year-old Sir Jock, the couple had agreed that if Diana fell in love with a younger man, she could ask for a divorce and still be given an allowance for seven years after their split.

Sir Jock agreed to the divorce, and on the evening of January 23, 1941, the three had dinner at the ritzy Muthaiga Club. As a show of goodwill, Sir Jock toasted the new couple publicly.
Lord Erroll left thinking he had just secured the hand of a beautiful new wife. But his bliss was short-lived.
The next morning, Nairobi dairy workers found the lord dead in his Buick at a deserted crossroads; a bullet was lodged into his brain.

What’s disturbing though, Alice de Sanzé went to the mortuary where Lord Erroll’s body was and an ex-lover who accompanied her there remembered her passionately kissing Erroll’s cold lips and declaring: ‘Now you are mine forever.’

Months after Lord Erroll’s death, on September 30, 1941, Alice committed suicide by shooting herself in the heart. She left behind five letters addressed to the police, her daughters, a former lover, and the last a suicide note. The contents of the letters were never made public, but Spicer, who’s mother was a friend and confidant of Alice’s, uncovered information about the letter to the police: It contained a full confession to Lord Erroll’s murder.
With its killer mix of money, sex, and murder, it’s no wonder the case made its way into popular culture. In 1982, journalist James Fox released the novel White Mischief, a historical account of the murder. I recommended you to search for the book and read it. Contact Kwani or any other store.

If there is a moral to this story, it is, alas, a rather priggish one: next time some Pecksniffian pillock tells you that money, drugs, privilege or an inexhaustible supply of inconsequential sex will never bring anyone happiness, you may have to consider the eventual tragic fates of so many of the Happy Valley set before planting a fist firmly into their snozzle. But it would take a prissy soul not to fantasise just a little about what fun it would have been to attend one of those heady evenings at the Muthaiga Country Club, some time at the height of that remarkable two decades in what is now an obscure historical valley in Nyandarua. #TembeaKenya

Wadi-us-Salaam. Valley of Peace Necropolis

This is not a city. Wadi Al-Salaam (Arabic وادي السلام; Valley of Peace) is an Islamic cemetery, located in the Shia holy city of Najaf, Iraq. It is the largest cemetery in the world.
The cemetery covers 1.485.5 acres and contains over 5 million bodies.
For those of you in Rome that like to think that the cemetery at Tiburtina is huge. Think again. Wadi us Salaam in one massive desert city like, creepy heritage ancient site where approximately 70,000 prophets are resting.
The graveyard holds importance in Shiite belief as it has been said that the souls of all faithful men and women shall be moved there, no matter where their bodies have been buried. Many prophets, kings, princes and Sultans lie in this cemetery including that of Prophet Hud, Prophet Saleh, and Ayatullah Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr, as well as the remains of the prince of faithfuls, Ali Ibn Abi Talib.

Look for it on Google maps, dude, you’ll see a booming city until you zoom into graves built with baked bricks and plaster rising at different levels.

Among the tombstones are the room-size family crypts built by the wealthy, often topped by domes. There are also underground burial vaults that can be get down by ladder.
According to an undertaker at the cemetery, each crypt can hold up to 50 bodies.

Najaf itself is one of Iraq’s biggest cities with a population of nearly 600,000. But the adjoining city of the dead holds the remains of millions.

It is the only cemetery in the world where the process of burial is still continuing to day since more than 1,400 years thus the site is on the Tentative list of UNESCO’S World Heritage sites.

During the Iraq war in 2003, heavily-armed fighters of the Iraqi militia frequently used the cemetery to hide and ambush approaching enemy units. The Americans could not get into the area, because it’s full of winding lanes and underground mausoleums. The local gunmen who knew their way around would hit and then run and hide inside the many tombs.
When the rebels took refuge in the narrow spaces among the crowded tombs the Iraqi army ruthlessly bulldozed its way through the graves of its fellow soldiers. To this day, piles of wrecked cages from the graves remain stacked on the roadsides.

The violence that has overwhelmed Iraq since 2003 has lead to a massive expansion of the graveyard, swelling it by 40 percent to about three square miles. The cemetery has grown every year since 2004, first with the clashes against American forces, then the sectarian wars of 2006-2007 when Shiites and Sunnis were killing each other at a murderous rate, and finally in the 2008 battles with the Iraqi army. In recent years, though, its growth has slowed.
An estimated 500,000 additional bodies are buried at Wadi Al-Salaam every year.

As of 2014—coinciding with conflict against ISIL—it has been reported that burial plots are running out, resulting in many being stolen, illegally resold or improvised.

According to traditional texts, Abraham himself purchased land in the wadi, which is actually considered part of heaven itself.

San Fernando Valley. San Pornando Valley

San Fernando Valley is a sun-drenched, suburban enclave in southern California.

Since the 1970s, the hills above Hollywood have played host to a booming pornography industry. A
majority of American sex films are shot there in warehouses and private homes – helping the San Fernando Valley rake in $4 billion in annual sales in its ’90s heyday.

At one time Nearly 90% of all legally distributed pornographic films made in the US were either filmed in or produced by studios based in San Fernando Valley.
The region is home to most of America’s pornography industry – videos, Web sites, phone sex businesses, adult toys and even the old-fashioned dirty magazine.
The Valley became the pioneering region for producing adult films in the 1970s and grew to become home to a multi billion dollar pornography industry earning the monikers “Porn Valley,”  “Silicone Valley” (in contrast to Silicon Valley, nickname for the Santa Clara valley) and San Pornando Valley.” The leading trade paper for the industry, AVN magazine, is based in the valley as well as majority of US Adult Video and magazine distributors. AVN is to pornographic films what Billboard is to records and AVN awards is modelled after the Oscars. Don’t ask me how I know that.

While many parts of the nation’s economy have suffered, the past five years have been good for the adult industry, as new video and computer technology opened the doors to hundreds of millions of potential customers around the world.

Its a known fact that when Pornography became big business [pretty much overnight] in the late 70’s. The sleepy suburb of the Valley was a perfect setting for offices and production houses. Today, the porn industry estimates that it will make around 10-12 billion dollars in revenue this year.

[To put that in perspective, the Porn industry will make more than NBC, ABC and CBS will combined.]

For years, Porn and the city seemed to co-exist. Each one going about their business and not paying each other any mind.

[In any given year, about 3,900 adult films are shot in Los Angeles, according to industry estimates. As with any other shoot, those films are supposed to obtain permits from the city. But the city doesn’t restrict the content of the projects it approves.]

Which means that if one of your neighbors decides, as Johnson’s did, to rent out his house for the filming of “The Alphabet” — in which sexual acts are performed in alphabetical order by 21-year-old identical twins — there’s not much you can do to stop him.

Silicon Valley

Silicon Valley is the cliché nickname given to the Santa Clara Valley, home to many of the world’s largest high-tech corporations and thousands of startup companies.

The word “silicon” originally referred to the large number of silicon chip innovators and manufacturers in the region. The term “Silicon Valley” eventually came to refer to all high tech businesses in the area, and is now generally used as a synecdoche for the American high-technology economic sector. (silicon is used to create most semiconductors commercially)

Yep only in Silicon Valley!! @iKnightscope patrolling the mall using #AI #cognitive

This place is still far ahead of its rivals.,.. We’ll considering it boasts home to Many notable companies:
Microsoft, YouTube, Google, Intel, Walmart Labs, Tesla, IBM, LinkedIn, Sony Ericson, Sony, Samsung, Dell, Panasonic, Mozilla, Amazon, PayPal, HP, Nokia, Adobe Systems, Apple Inc., eBay, Facebook, Google, Intel, Netflix, SanDisk, Yahoo!,.. . and Uber.  …the list is endless.

Something interesting in a place called Mountain View is the Computer History Museum.
It’s the biggest collection of computer artefacts anywhere in the world, and it’s not only a brilliant account of the progress of computing technology from Babbage’s difference engine to the smartphone. It also provides a guided tour of the growth of Silicon Valley.
You hear about Hewlett and Packard setting up in a garage in 1939, you meet the team which was to found Intel and put the silicon in Silicon Valley, you visit Xerox Parc where the computer mouse and graphical user interface were invented.
And you come away realising that the current success stories – from Facebook to Uber – are standing on the shoulders of giants, benefiting from 70 years of innovation. Coupled with that long history, Silicon Valley has a world class university in Stanford, loads of talented engineers and a culture of risk-taking where a couple of failures are a badge of honour for an entrepreneur rather than a mark of shame.

Here in Kenya, rather than dreaming with our Silicon Savannah which is Konza City; (a very long shot considering the trillions to be spent on it), the government could digress from economic liberalism and Laissez-faire and make the environment for start ups in Upper hill more favourable, a shift from the banks and construction oligopoly.

If land was made cheap in Upper hill, innovation hubs like ihub would not have to base their headquarters in Ngong Road. What’s it to our benefit if only multinational corporations are able to afford land in Upper hill.

Proposed Africa's tallest building in Nairobi, Upperhill now under construction. 66 floors.

Instead of dreaming Konza’s Silicon Savannah, with the right policies there could be Upperhillicon.
